Great dark curtains good bed , warm enough . Beautiful hot pressured shower everything we needed but robes would have been nice as I didn't take mine for more shopping room . Staff were amazing, breakfast was great . It was quiet up on 22 @ the top and great view over the whalf Wellington is great

Was a lovely hotel with good facilities and the rooms had everything you needed. Some of it felt a little tired but this didn't detract from the stay at all. It was a great location, very comfortable beds and would happily stay there again.

The cleanliness on the whole was good, though we did find that one of the toilets hadn't been cleaned which wasn't pleasant. Also found out on checkout that we hadn't actually paid on entrance as we were supposed to have done. Thought the transaction had gone through but they hadn't actually taken it. Again, though, far from a dealbreaker - and the reception staff were very apologetic.

Great location, within easy walking distance of all the main sights in Auckland. Good restaurants in the area and a food court just below which the kids loved. Room was clean and had good facilities. Comfortable beds.

The kindest staff, who supported me with some issues contacting the airline. The comfort and space of the room. The overall environment, the decor is amazing and very peaceful.

Maybe the area surrounding the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around it, some may be a bit questionable. However, it’s still a walkable distance from the main attractions of Auckland’s CBD and I never felt unsafe walking around.

Pillows were fabulous!! And bed overall very comfortable. Bathroom was clean I also appreciated the ability to book on short notice. Owner was good on communications.

Other than an electric blanket on the bed, there was no heating in the room - thus very cold - especially in this loft room. I also believed I had paid for my own en-suite bathroom - which is usually part of the room - in this case it was separate with a further bedroom on the upper floor too - I don’t think it was used by others but it did mean that I had to go through 4 doors just to get to the toilet and return. I also expected to have some milk to add to a cuppa but although there was one small bottle in the fridge which was full - the smell from it was clearly that it had gone off :(
