Positive section of review
Responsive and great service. Food served at restaurant was delicious. Hot water was great and wifi was quick. Staff were friendly and allowed us to store our luggages for a few days while we went to Fairy Meadows. Special mention goes to Ayla at the front desk who always had friendly smile on.

BBQ dinner got cancelled without informing guests. Toilet could have better ventilation.

Everything was exceptional,i will recomend it for all to come and enjoy the luxury of grand taj especially the netflex service was one of the best.I have forgotten my CNIC at reception which they have sent it later on through TCS so i appreciate this very much..

Very comfortable, the food was good and cheap, check in straight to room, easy pick up and drop off, can smoke in room, breakfast and tea brought to your room 30mins before taxi. All staff very friendly and anything you need is a message away.

The view of Indus river is simply mind blowing. The garden in beautiful and well kept. Very close to Skardu airport. Food served in restaurant is fresh and delicious. Morning tea was amazing. Wifi worked well. Free airport transfer.

Property needs maintenance. Switch boards were hanging out of the wall. Towels were extremely old and need urgent replacing. We stayed in the K2 room, the smell from the bathroom was awful, i think something wrong with plumbing or sewerage pipes, but the smell was so bad it was unbearable.

Its very peaceful and the host’s manager Ahsan is extremely helpful and cooperative. I wasn’t able to feel June’s scorching heat inside apartment so AC 10/10 and TV 10/10 Everything was on point 👍

The aesthetic, cleanliness and the overall atmosphere is very nice and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. The food is delicious. The ambiance is superb.

There were no hairdryers and prayer mats in the room. You had to ask for it. The noise from the resteraunt sometimes comes down to the room when there is an event.
