the location of the place is very good, close to shops, 2 km to the center (you can go there with a bolt scooter). I liked the breakfast (I don't eat meat and I'm quite picky), I found something to eat. I only wish that breakfast was earlier (it is from 8 am to 10 am). The bed mattress was poor the first night, but after informing the staff, everything was quickly changed. By the way, you can communicate in English only through booking, as the staff at the apartment can only speak Polish.

The location was perfect, walking distance to most of the stuff. Bolt ride to other places :) The check in process was easy, per instructions sent to us on the day of arrival. The apartment had everything we needed, Marcin also arranged for us a child chair and some Legos for our son to play. The apartment was warm, despite 10 degrees outside at night. The wifi was superb, just as I have at home, very fast and good quality connection.

Not much, the property is very good, but the bathtub is very small, it is not a deal breaker but bear that in mind. The TV was old and I could not cast the screen from my phone, but it had polish channels.

Wonderful place, made with hearth. It have true soul. Polana Gorska is great place to rest after mountain trip, great place to chill. Jacuzzi and sauna for sure help with that. The apartment is cozy, warm, equiped with all needed stuff.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a quiet area, with public transportation just across the road, so it is easy to access the city center without being too close to it.

Beautiful hotel, perfect for 1-3 nights stay. A bonus is it's pet friendly! A bit far from city centre but tram and bus stops are pretty close.

Not far from the city center, big room, many places to sleep. Kids can run freely as it is on the ground floor.

Curtains /blinds need replacing. It was very hot with the windows facing the east with the sun coming in and we could not darken the room. It was noisy from the street. There was no bath mat, tea towel or kitchen sink plug. The Microwave had to be picked up and lifted to the top of the stove to reach the only power socket. The doona was too narrow for a double bed.
