I loved apartment 20 with OK Apartments. Adrian was present through text message and answered queries. The apartment was fresh and clean with all the facilities you need. Location was superb. There was a lot of room, too. Temperature was perfect with fans or a heater. Beds were super comfortable! We are already looking at booking another trip to Krakow and staying in Old Town with OK Apartments.

Shower was a bit leaky so bathroom had a slight smell of damp and shower could do with being updated so it can be moved up and down (i am short). The location was great however sometimes at night it would be a little loud with local musicians playing in the restaurants below but the windows did a good job of muting a lot of this. The pillow was a little hard so perhaps offer another as an alternative.

Very good located. Room was nice, bathroom bit small but totally okay for a couple of nights. Shared kitchen to prepare some drinks/snacks.

Noisiness during the night, however, one cannot put a blame to the hotel for it, for one should have been simply asking a quiet room when booking the room in the first place.
