The accommodation is situated in a very old building in the heart of Lisbon's nightlife. Right below the window of my first-floor room is a bar/club, with several other bars nearby. Loud music, shouting, and laughter continue every night until around 3 a.m. It's impossible to sleep. Around 5 a.m., a garbage truck arrives for cleaning, also producing very loud noises. Additionally, the bed, seemingly assembled from plywood by the owner, is uneven. Either the carpenter overlooked it or the floor is not level. Consequently, one person rolls onto the other. And most importantly, the mattress sinks, with its springs digging into the back. The pillows, by the way, were also terrible, the cheapest ones. I couldn't rest at all. I'm left with a big question - how does this property have such a high rating on Booking.com? I specifically relied on it.

the property looked dirty, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the towels (which were so small they were basically hand towels) were so old and used they should have been thrown away.
