+ Very friendly and helpful staff, who gave us a hearty welcome, helped us organizing tours and transfers and cared for our luggage, while we were travelling to the Outer Islands. + Safe and quiet location close to the airport (perfect when visiting the Outer Islands and just a short taxi ride to the centre of Honiara centre) + Very clean, spacious, new and comfortable apartments with many amenities far above the standard of most accomodations in South Pacific (e.g. perfect AC, hot shower, free and reliable Wifi) + Free laundry service; got all our clothes washed and dried within one day + Complimentary snacks (tuna, instant noodles), water, tea, coffee and breakfast (eggs and sausages) + Certainly best value for money on Guadalcanal

The whole apartment was spacious, new and clean. Big kitchen with fridge. The aircon worked great (important in the solomons). The owner was super helpful and responsive. Because my flight was delayed, she arranged a late check in in the very last minute. And overall she was always very helpful and accommodating. The area felt safe and i felt like home. Great value fir money.

- The bar next door can be loud (however it is not open every day) - a bit far away from the city center, however there is a taxi stand & bus station next to it and busses run every few minutes (and cost close to nothing: 3 SBD)

This is a really lovely hotel. An oasis in a busy city. The garden is beautiful, and the pool area looks out over the ocean. A lovely place to sit of an evening. The rooms are very comfortable. Everything works. The wifi was consistently good. I have work coming up over the course of this year, and look forward to coming back.

The breakfast was good although you had to pay for good coffee which I thought was not clever. Staff were very helpful in supportive in helping us get onto the internet.

There coudl have bene better facilities near the pool, and the pool bar coudl have been better sorted - although I was aware it was not that busy.

The staff is nice. The lift to reach the rooms is super special! Price is cheaper than mist hotels in the area.

Rooms are not mosquito free. Shower cannot be closed, water keeps on dropping, not very clean, food in restaurant is not very good.

Smoking is allowed in the restaurant and I find that revolting. I dined there once but never again.There was a live band playing excessively loud music till 2 o’clock in the morning making it impossible to sleep.

Noise. Unfortunately, I had the experience of some younger guests, who drank alcohol and smoke on balcony next to my room all night. I asked the group to quieten at 3am, 3 45am but with alcohol in their system , voices,louder and louder. I took a night trip to reception at 4am but with no results. Loud voices +++ + No action from staff. Finally at 6am they went to bed. I had no sleep all night. The noise continued the next day even though they had booked out partying, drinking and loud voices continued all day. No action by staff . I would never stay here again and I would not recommend it.
