The staffs are really friendly and always smiling. They were really helpful when we ask them for direction of places. They even help us to translate instructions on the packaging that we couldnt understand. Location was good, very nearby to Kim Yong Market. The open space outside room are great spot to hang out when you rent a few rooms with friends.

The open space (living room area) is a bit hot. For the first night, the aircon was switch off, so it’s hot to hang out there. But after spoken to them, they kindly leave it switch on for us for the remaining nights we stayed. Thumbs up for that.

Good rooms when excellent large balcony with a day bed - really comfortable, breakfast is pretty good with a decent selection. Location at the bottom of soi 94 is pretty good and easy to get to the centre or indeed the beach. The gym is decent. The pool is large and impressive.

It’s a little out of the centre and traveling around in hua hin isn’t as easy as in some places unless you have a bike/ car. Selection at breakfast could be improved especially of the fresh fruit.

Air conditioning worked great. Spacious. Well equipped. Easy to find. Laundromat, restaurants, banks, bars and the night market was within walking distance. The host’s were accomodating. There were bicycles available for hire.

The location on the beach however our beachfront view was obstructed with shops put out for the full moon party and there was not communication about it which was very disappointing.

Very clean property and located not too far from the city's sites. Comfortable room and staff were friendly - welcoming us early hours in the morning after a long bus ride!

1- There are no furniture in the room under the bed or wardrobes to hang clothes. 2. The transport boat is of poor quality and unclean compared to other hotels on the island. 3. The weather is very hot and there is no air conditioning in restaurants, only fans.
