Great location on the fascinating, busy river. The room was very clean with everything you need in it. There was a good, varied breakfast choice & a lovely pool with loungers & umbrellas. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

The location is great, breakfast is served with variety, and the room is clean. I am happy with the hotel. It was a great experience for my family. I would recommend any family traveling with the young children.

Only thing is the convenient stores are not so conveniently located. I wish the hotel should consider offering options for the guests traveling from long flights and arriving late at the hotel.

The location is great as it was quiet yet a short ride to patong. Food is amazing and the staff were very kind and helpful. We would recommend the hotel to our friends and family and definitely come back to Hyatt.

Nothing major but i thought the rooms could do with a dehumidifier because at certain times you can feel the humidity inside the room or smell it (hard to explain). It didnt impact our trip at all and it is more of an improvement suggestion.

Cool, trendy, hip, new, everything works, converter plug in the wall, nice open spaces and a good location, breakfast, friendly helpful staff.

Unfortunately the walls are very very very thin. I could not relax. Like I was sleeping in the corridor or in the next room. You are reliant on others not to make any sound, which is impossible. Hotel walls need rebuilding. I wonder what is the door fire rating. Not really a place to put my bag.
