Lovely apartment. Perfectly clean and comfortable. Good quality furniture and equipment. Large balcony. Indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room free to use for guests. Smart tv with Netflix.

Super location - only a few minutes walk from the Blue Mosque, friendly & polite staff, generous breakfasts, clean rooms, complimentary afternoon snacks in the room. Would highly recommend.

The location is perfect and the entertainment staff is spot on.

. It was 28 degrees and quite hot when they had their heating systems switched on. We had to bear the heat as according to the hotel policy air conditioning is switched off until mid April. . Although it is an all inclusive resort, the timings for breakfast and dinner are very short. It is only two hours, dinner is from 6pm till 8pm which is quite a shock. . The room size is quite small if you go for standard ones

i stayed for 5 nights no one came to clean the room i asked for extra blanket but they told me that there is not extra one in the hotel . the tissues in the bathroom was the remaining from the previous guest who was in the room before me. the blankets and the bilowes wasnt clean and have a smell. i had to ask every day for a bottle of water and tea or nescafe backts . some lighting in the room was not working the breakfast was so tiny and the dinning area was too small . i asked for something for the flyes but all what i get was an air refreshner
