Positive section of review
The family rooms are really spacious and with a living area. There are mosquito nets on the beds, the room service is quick and free, the staff are very polite and friendly, the healthy plants sorrounding the hotel give a very beautiful, natural view and fresh breeze. The food is served in plenty and it's very tasty.

The hot water takes long to get into the showers and the breakfast is limited choice.

1) I booked a double bed for a couple, but was given two smaller beds, 2) rooms are small, toilet space is very tight, needed to squeeze around the door in a small space, 3) no shaving mirror in the toilet room, 4) only one towel offered for a couple (each should have a separate towel)
