Friendly staff who went above and beyond when my flight was 4 hours delayed and I was very late checking in. Very flexible with regards to transfer and early breakfast the following morning (which was delicious). 100% recommend.

Breakfast was splendid Pick up from the ferry was smooth, free and easily organized. Friendly driver.

The room I got was not clean, stains in the sheets, toilet was not clean. Second roomer was cleaner, though not spotless I had to call reception a total of 5 times for issues (1. Not clean room, 2. No hot water, 3. Airconditioning plug does not fit socket, 4. Wifi not working, 5. Airoconditioning not working). And although all issues were eventually resolved, I still didn’t get the room with a bath or coffe/tea amenities I reserved and paid for. No discount given for the inconvenience. You have to pay cash, they don’t have change and urge you to go to the bank (10 mins walk) to get the exact amount, making it entirely your problem instead of theirs. Had a reservation for two nights, but moved out after the first night and that was a good decision.
