The staff was fantastic! they helped arranged airport pickup & drop-off, train pickup and even a day tour with an English guide! The breakfast was excellent with the hotel receptionist even opening up the breakfast room early for us due to our schedule. Beautiful grounds - split between Old Tashkent and the new 'modern' Tashkent.

The rooms were very small and the bed was a twin bed against a wall. We had two rooms and both rooms were similar. OK for a night or two but I would want to stay longer with such a small bed and room.

Abdullah and Fatima were such lovely and hospitable hosts. The breakfast was lovely, and the location is so central and yet so quiet! The room was lovely and cool (I didn’t need to use the air conditioner but there was an air conditioner unit in the room if you need). It was lovely and peaceful.

The apartment is very nice with free registration. It's good that there is a 24-hour transfer service from the airport, the owner took us to the train station on the day of departure. Perfect location, recommend

We arrived early and the owner kept our luggage until check-in time, beautiful and civilized area. When we stayed in this apartment everything was super, hot and cold water was not a problem.

Staff very good especially receptionist guy Malek...he was super helpful and welcoming..he helped me and my family a lot..we felt like we were home...room was so big more than we expected.

Location of the hotel is not that good..it is near to the magic city park which is good but far from other attractive places in the city...food was not as I expected also..very limited options to eat.
