Hotel is new and nicely decorated. It seems like a good location as far as central and close to the airport and public transportation. One particular staff at the front desk (attractive young lady with long dark silky hair) tried especially hard to help us through a few travel dilemmas even though we did not speak Uzbek and she had limited English. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices/options although I would have liked more fresh fruit options. Maybe it was just time of year (April)

Air conditioning/thermostat did not seem to work well... not very cooling despite being there in moderate temps (April). Hope it is better for guests when it is really hot!

Very friendly and responsive owner, we were upgraded to 4-bed room due to current renovation work in the twin/double rooms. The 4-bed room was very spacious - with aircon. Location is right next to Bibikhanum Mosque, and within walking distance to Registan Square. Breakfast was simple - we were also given packed breakfast for our early train ride to Tashkent.

WiFi was a bit patchy, but it was alright because we have our own data SIM.

Homestay right within Itchan Kala - hence within walking distance to anywhere within and outside the city wall. Very responsive staff - they served great breakfast and also dinner (upon request). They do provide transfer from train station to the homestay too. The 4-bed room is spacious and nicely decorated.

Accommodation charged in USD, so the exchange rate to UZS fluctuates (if choose to pay in UZS). Not a big deal though.

The staff was extremely welcoming. The most amazing breakfast spread ever throughout our 17-day trip to Central Asia, in a nice courtyard. The twin room was superb and very comfy - really fit the name as a boutique hotel. Only a very short walk to the old city, weaving through a small neighbourhood.

The hair dryer inside the bathroom - it was hard quite impossible to connect it to the socket (socket at a pretty high up position). Did not realize there was this extra destination fee too (but it was ok - my own fault for not reading properly).

Good location, close to the city centre, but in a quiet area at the same time and there's a supermarket open for 24 hours nearby. The hostel itself is so comfortable and clean at the same. I really enjoyed my stay there!

There is construction going on next door to the hotel which has not been mentioned on the booking page, 9am the work would start so you could not get a sleep in. Breakfast choices are very limited.
