Positive section of review
The location, the pool, the terrace with the view were unbeatable. I stayed in a dorm with the attached bathroom, was pretty okay cause I didn’t expect things to be fancy. I came after a night bus at 5am and slept until 07:30 on the bench near the pool. They meant I could do the early check-in from 09:30, which was still a good option. For the late checkout, it was possible to pay a small fee and stay until the evening, which I’m thankful for.

1) I think the main issue for me were the parties which were held at the facility territory. After reading the reviews, I was expecting a peaceful atmosphere around, but they hosted crowds both days I stayed there (Saturday night it was a corporate party and drunk men, Sunday night school kids, who started to jump into the pool as soon as they arrived at 6pm and destroyed the peaceful atmosphere of the place). The parties were until 22pm and it was very very loud both times, especially if you stay in the dorm room and the party area is 3 meters away from the door, which can’t be properly closed. After talking with the reception guy about it, he meant “it’s not very loud” - well, it was really loud and definitely not something you expect from this peaceful location 2) the bathroom floor wasn’t clean, so make sure you bring some slippers which you can use 3) I saw the pictures of the buffet for breakfast, but both days during my stay there was no buffet offered, we could choose 1 dish+1 drink and juice/fruits, so I’m not sure how reliable this buffet pictures are 4) I wish they could offer me some early check-in options from 07:30, I wouldn’t have minded paying extra for that. There were empty beds in the room.

Location is mid of city and walking distance to market and many food outlets. convience for any shopping and dinning. we got a free upgrade also to a family room. staff are friendly and they have a tour booking counter which is very efficient and good. we booked all tours through the lady in that counter. she was very pleasant and supportive.

hotel doesnt have facility to order food inhouse or buffet. this is something they can consider as an improvement.

Lovely Hotel within easy walking distance to the river and shopping.. we moved her from another hotel that was and were lucky enough to get a room as it is very popular… lovely pool, great breakfast and charming staff. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets so soft, I look forward to our return.

The smell of the master room is unacceptable, even I did request the cleaner to clean it again but after the refresher had gone, the urinal smell came back and we could not sleep in that room. The kettle is pretty dirty.
