It was ideally situated for our purpose of visit. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, and loved the little finishing touches. Rooms were adequately stocked with tea, coffee, sugar & milk. The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and a good spread. Beautiful garden setting and well maintained.

The shower was not that clean, there were insects inside. The jacuzzi was also not working during our visit.

Linen had a bad smell ,pillows , blankets like it hadn't been washed , I always carry a blanket so we used our own and slept on the couch. Everything had a weird smell , even coffee cups in cupboards were not washed clean still had marks and stains inside it .

1. The advert said luxury apartment. This is false advertising. There’s nothing luxury about this apartment. 2. its old and not looked after. the dishwasher is rusted and old. the doors is falling apart and scratches and broken. the floor is scratched. the walls outside need work and paint. the cupboard in kitchen and bathroom is old and falling apart. 3. when climbing into bed at night the put a throw on side of the bed to hide the fact that the bedding was to small for the bed. 4. living room tv not working. 5. no luxury coffee tea and no milk. 6. no bottled water. 7. no explanation on how the tv works or telephone 8. we were 15min early for book in time. they made us wait 15 min before we could go to the room or get a key. 9. the whole resort is old and filthy
