The people working at Ngoma Zanga are fantastic human beings! The attitude from everyone was very friendly end professional and we felt at home. Amazing facilities and very clean rooms. Nice pool in the backyard. Special thanks to Caroline and especially Kenendy on reception who were fantastic hosts, our driver Cliff who helped us discover the city and the local music and to the chef Gilbert, who cooked really delicious meals for us. We felt in love with Zambian people

Excellent service! I'd like to give a special shoutout to Chef Vincent re my disappointment of size of Kafue crayfish. He immediately ordered a 2nd try for next day and it was superb. Thanks v much Vincent!

From top to bottom everything was generally v good. Tour operator could have been slightly better organised on Zimbabwe/Zambia Falls tour...but this was a quibble in grand scheme of experience.

Warm water was not available at arrival, but could be requested from the personel. Apart from that everything was very nice.
