Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room was very comfotable, wifi was very good, the staff is friendly ! I liked having access to the pool/outside area even if I did not use it much as it started raining. The restaurant/food was good. It takes about 15-30 mix. max to get to the airport and there's a shuttle every hour. Loved the paintings on the wall !

MalaysiaI loved how unique and cozy it was, it felt very much like a home, an eccentric home but a home. It's not the usual/boring sterile hotel style. I chose Adventure Inn because everyone said it was charming, and it is! The room was extremely spacious and quiet for the cost, and I always love having the option of a fan because I don't like using the a/c. Also to have the nurse come to the room to take our covid test prior to our flight was EXCELLENT! We even got a breakfast packed included in our airport transfer for us in early morning flight. I cannot say enough about Adventure Inn, it was perfect!

Costa RicaThe only things I would note - we did not have a mini fridge. I had been taking those for granted as we like to travel with fruit and a few perishables. The hotel is two floors and doesn't have an elevator. If carrying all your luggage up for one night may be an issue, I recommend you try to request a room on the main floor.
The Adventure Inn was a great place to stay on our final night in Costa Rica as a family with kids. The hotel spaces and rooms are beautifully, uniquely decorated. The restaurant, pool and hot tub, convenient airport shuttle, and free international calls made preparation for the return to Canada convenient and stress free. The staff were helpful and friendly... They went above and beyond to assist with some last minute challenges we faced. Thank you Adventure Inn!
