The room was very comfotable, wifi was very good, the staff is friendly ! I liked having access to the pool/outside area even if I did not use it much as it started raining. The restaurant/food was good. It takes about 15-30 mix. max to get to the airport and there's a shuttle every hour. Loved the paintings on the wall !

I loved how unique and cozy it was, it felt very much like a home, an eccentric home but a home. It's not the usual/boring sterile hotel style. I chose Adventure Inn because everyone said it was charming, and it is! The room was extremely spacious and quiet for the cost, and I always love having the option of a fan because I don't like using the a/c. Also to have the nurse come to the room to take our covid test prior to our flight was EXCELLENT! We even got a breakfast packed included in our airport transfer for us in early morning flight. I cannot say enough about Adventure Inn, it was perfect!

The Adventure Inn has wonderful art, a terrific vibe, and a wonderful restaurant, I loved the coffee and wide assortment of fresh fruit for breakfast, lounging in the pool and hot tub, doing yoga with Antonio, and conversing with the staff who were really helpful and nice.

Food was a little heavy for my taste but they did their best to accommodate my wishes.

The staff were so friendly and helpful.The rooms were fine.The atmosphere was a perfect amount of funky.If you want cookie cutter luxury do not stay here.This hotel is for travelers not tourists. I loved it. One walks into the breakfast room and guests greet one another.

The staff went out of their way to help us out. I really liked the onsite restaurant and the local breakfast with amazing fruit that was included in the meal. The beds were very comfortable! The airport shuttle was also terrific!

Family friendly hotel located about 20 to 30 mins from San Jose Airport. Nice little outdoor pool that the kids enjoyed & relaxed homely restaurant on site. Large room with beautiful hand-painted murals.

Saw a big roach by the fish pond. Also there isn't much to do around the hotel from what I saw.

The complimentary breakfast was great. Also, the hotel itself has a lot of character with all of the murals and decorations.

That the free shuttle did not leave any earlier for the airport than 4 am. We had to pay for a taxi.

We had to leave early for a flight. It was nice that they packed a breakfast snack for our group.

The hand-painted walls are unique and beautiful throughout the entire hotel. Staff were always happy to help, super friendly and courteous.

The only things I would note - we did not have a mini fridge. I had been taking those for granted as we like to travel with fruit and a few perishables. The hotel is two floors and doesn't have an elevator. If carrying all your luggage up for one night may be an issue, I recommend you try to request a room on the main floor.

The Adventure Inn was a great place to stay on our final night in Costa Rica as a family with kids. The hotel spaces and rooms are beautifully, uniquely decorated. The restaurant, pool and hot tub, convenient airport shuttle, and free international calls made preparation for the return to Canada convenient and stress free. The staff were helpful and friendly... They went above and beyond to assist with some last minute challenges we faced. Thank you Adventure Inn!

Not much I didn't like. The coffee could have been a little stronger at breakfast haha. And they could probably just use soap dispensers in the bathrooms instead of the little soaps and bottles. Probably save money too

Third time staying here and always exceeds my expectations. Great staff, comfortable rooms, close to the airport, even the breakfast is awesome. Really love this place and will continue to go here whenever I am in San Jose

some noise from highway on street facing rooms but not too bad.

family run, great local art on the walls, very Tico and warm. Also good workout area, study with dedicated computers for work, nice lounging areas and great pool.
