Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

ItalyUnfortunately the resort is dated and if you don't have a car is quite far away from everything. The restaurant has only frozen food, which is a pity for the position. Also either you close the mosquito net (that has no block) or you close the windows - which means suffering the warm or not feeling safe with only the mosquito net. The structure is next to a road so cars come and go and as a solo travel is was just not what I needed. Additionally, I asked for the opportunity to have a massage (it's a resort right?) but they never came back to me with answers. Apparently not a service they provide.
Close to the beach has a restaurant inside the hotel. Many employees who do their best to make the resort still taken care of. The staff accommodated my request to change the room because there is no network and no WiFi.

FranceThe road to access the hotel is in poor condition, you must have a 4x4 and patience (takes 20min to drive about 2.5km). People not staying at the hotel are allowed to access the pool which sometimes brings some unpleasant surprises.
The location was incredible, the staff very nice and the food as well. All being very good value for money.

I had room overlooking the pool, convenient for restaurant/bar access. All staff were friendly and helpful with all questions. The atmosphere was low-key and so perfect for a stay. Lots of private beach to wander and enjoy with a smile, even up the nearby part of the Resort.

Awesome location directly at the beach. Nice rooms with plenty of space. Nice pool area. The restaurant ist great for italian style dinner. Great for birdwatching (Macaos / Aras).

Canadathe property is old and need a refresh, but i think the are working on it, some units were strip down and re build! the road to get to the resort is long and full of potholes..
the resort is located on the beach, the food at the restaurant on site was good, you can see a good amount of animals (birds, lezards), we were confortable in our rooms and the staff was amazing
