The location of the property is ideal if you want to experience downtown Jaco and be on the ocean front. The hotel restaurant has beautiful views over the ocean. The units are spacious and have everything you need. They are a little worn and could do with an update. The pools and surrounding grounds are very nice.

Fabulous hotel right on the beach and right in the action from a location perspective. From iguanas roaming around, to having a beer in the bar overlooking the beach to the lovely breakfasts its a great hotel. View from room was of seafront and staff were very friendly.

Our mattress was a bit too hard…not soft enough. Also, the air-conditioning blew directly on us no matter where we were in the room. Perhaps nothing can be done about this because of the room’s configuration. Also, our WiFi connection wasn’t reliable. We had to go to other areas sometimes to make phone calls or send messages.

The French Toast is the best I have ever had! The omelette however wasn’t so good. It could use improvement. The cheese should be of better quality.

Beautiful location with balcony view, with very clean room and comfortable bed. Wonderful breakfast served everyday with friendly service. Loved friendly, helpful staff. Cute, feiendly iguanas on property, too.

Lights confusing but fans helpful. A little hard to locate property.

Wonderful breakfast and many choices at beach bar. Lots of space in villa including refrigerator. Quiet yet close to pools and downtown strip. Towels for beach and shower.

We love the staff. This is not our first stay. The front desk staff are so sweet. This is not our first stay at this hotel. We love the iguanas, the breakfast is SO good, the pools are nice and beach is just beautiful. We love this place!! Special thank you to the girls at the front desk who fixed MY mistake when I booked the wrong day. Thank you for everything!

I liked everything about the property exept one lady in the breakfast dining area . Maybe because I was traveling solo , not sure but she had a snotty attitude , I’m guessing because I was solo guy . I lost my life partner in a car accident a year ago so I traveled solo . The lady was very snotty . Everyone else was wonderful !!

I loved how the property was centered in the district shopping area . Property was clean and well managed !

The room was nice and clean, the furniture and appliances a little dated though.

The hotel is beach front and also in the center part of the town, so the location is superb. The facilities are a little plain, but clean and complete. The breakfast is excellent, and with a variety of options to choose from. And eating a nice breakfast right on the beach is an experience you will never forget.

Limited toiletries and upon check in had to pay for additional person because, although I booked for 4 people, Bookings or hotel only counted adults in my stay and my teenage daughter wasn’t reflected in price. Beach was a bit dirty in parts.

Small resort style hotel on main road in Jaco located right on beach. Location is ideal as you can walk to restaurants, juice bars, ice cream shops coffee shops and bars. Situated right on the beach. Hotel has several pools that are well maintained. Property itself is slightly dated, but well maintained and comfortable. Restaurant and bar are on property and a full breakfast is included in your stay. Beach is wonderful for watching sunrise and surfing, but not for swimming. Room itself was comfortable. Good value hotel.

Only two pillows on a king bed. It’s a tiny gripe. For smokers, it’s a long walk for a cigarette because they frown on smoking anywhere on the property.

Excellent hot showers, clean rooms, very good breakfast compared to other hotels in the same price range.

The view near the restaurant, by the river was cluttered with debris from river. The view would have been so much nicer if the beach authorities would have cleaned up the eye sore for visitors.

Property was beautifully landscaped and kept in prestige condition.

Bathrooms need to be updated, they were very basic (clean) but very old. Otherwise the room was good. The other aspect was the cost of eating or drinking at the hotel bar, we would have stayed there more, but it was pretty expensive. One of the most expensive pizza's we saw in CR. Overall the cost was more than parts of Miami.

Great location, wonderful pools. We loved being on the beach. Our room led onto the beach which was amazing. Lots of trees and wildlife around with was great. Room was a great size. Beach bar also nice.
