One observation that I would like to mention, is that the Pool are needs a re-vamp (modernization). The furniture is very dated, and in need of replacement. Additionally, the sauna pool has 8 jets, but only two are functional, and those two are not powerful at all..... It would be nice if some better landscaping could be done to make the area more appealing.

The staff is very accommodating and, all speak English quite well......The breakfast is a great welcome treat, although the selection is generally the same from day to day, nonetheless the entire staff are all friendly and helpful.

Road noise very noticeable in the room. Sound from adjacent rooms easily heard.

The heated pool and jacuzzi. The fresh flowers affordable breakfast including fresh juice and fruit. Plenty of places to walk to just to explore.

I think it's dreadful that you have no smoking area. I was sent to a bench!! Had it been raining I would have had nowhere to go. Several other smokers were there. We don't deserve to be treated so disrespectfully

No restaurant facilities on site. As I was only staying one night cooking was a bit impractical and eating out was a more viable option.

Huge, very comfortable apartment with an extremely comfortable bed! Transport arranged to transfer to the airport was clean, safe and efficient.

Cannot blame the staff or the people that clean the room but I found one huge cockroach in the bathroom and then the day we checked out I found a small 1 under the bed and I told the front desk they were very concerned and upset and they said they were going to black the room and call an exterminator

Breakfast was sufficient But nice to have the option to add-on omelet's eggs or pancakes loved the cappuccino and the frugliness of the staff

The staff was friendly and very helpful especially Larry. It was exceptionally clean and located perfectly for my purposes. I highly recommend. The breakfast was adequate.

The property is on an extremely busy road. The traffic was constant, early in the morning to late at night. Ask for a room that does not front the road. The beds are very small. A large double is smaller than queen size even though the room can easily accommodate a king bed. Some furniture upgrading would seem appropriate.

The property is well secured and patrolled. It has a lovely pool and hot tub that are a popular amenity. The rooms are very large. The breakfasts are good with attentive staff. The location was very good with plenty of nearby restaurants, banking, and shopping.

Noise in some apartments that front along the busy street. We switched, but paid more.

I was looking to book a room near the airport .this place was advertise near the airport which is not is about 18km away which took us almost an hour to get there.n

Breakfast was excellent and the room was spacious the only things wrong the checked us in the suits that house keeping had not properly cleaned but we went back to the front desk and ask for another room and they changed our suits.

The tv, with it's 2 remotes. At times it was difficult to get the channels. The breakfast was ok, but was a "cold" assortment of items. If you wanted eggs, etc. it was an extra charge.

We had a large unit with 2 bedrooms, but only used one. It was fully equipped for housekeeping for extended stays. It had an elevator, which is pretty much a requirement for multiple floors.

Its pet friendly yes, but the space the pets can be in is very very very limited, like 6ft square and the hotel room, it could definitely be better
