No elevator - very small rooms

Location in center of town - staff were very friendly and accommodating - rooms were clean - bed was comfortable - price was good! - nice pool

The parking was a little hard,the gate did not open all the way and the space to pass the car was small you also had to get out of the car to close/open the gate and lock each time so you had to leave the car parked in a little bad spot with part of the car on the street, overall not the best parking but it was a decent parking for downtown and included so you adjust. Also the cleanness of the bathroom was decent but not top notch. Like i said it was a great stay better than we expected when we booked it so still bery satisfied.

The location of the Hotel is perfect, it is in the center. The room was nice, with comfy beds, a balcony, a nice bathroom, and the breakfast was good.

It didn't have fridge in the room, no place to hang wet clothes and the breakfast had only two options.

the pool is tiny and only two spaces to sit around it and it only gets the sun in the morning . no safety deposit box in the room you have to take everything to reception it’s a faff , no kettle or coffee making facilities in the room

staff are exceptionally helpful and on our anniversary even sent us some wine to the room complimentary

For me personally the water feature being on full blast 7am to 11pm drove me crazy as did the restaurant music blasting out same hours. Totally unnecessary. They both could have been less. Not possible to have a lie in or an early night. I did give the feedback but they told me it has to be that forceful and that loud.

Beds are quite loud when you turn around.

Very nice and helpful staff. Nice room with a little balcony and a big shower. The hotel is very centrally located for everything. Breakfast was good.

I didn't like that the room sliding door to the balcony didn't have a lock. However an effort was made to put a door jam.

Upon checking in we were greeted with a nice cold glass of delicious juice which was welcoming to us after a long hot drive. The breakfast was excellent and our dinner experience at the hotel was good in every way. The location was great. We enjoyed the walk and visiting several restaurants and bars with live music. There are lots of Hot Springs in the area. We had an amazing experience on our day trip to Baldi Hot Springs.

I like that they made the bed everyday. I didn’t expect that for the price. the staff was super helpful and friendly. the breakfast ans restaurant was vey good. the maria pinto restaurant is recommended wirh excellent bbq. likes the live music too

The hotel is slap bang in the centre of town. The room overlooked the main square in the town, with a seating area at the window. Hotel was great and staff kind and helpful. the free breakfast was fine, considering it was free

Great location and breakfast was yummy. Room was very clean and basic but comfortable. We experienced a bad smell which seemed to be coming from the pipes in the bathroom. It was ok as long as we kept the door closed.

The room looked better at the photos than live. There was a just a little of free space in the room, really hard to move in the room when you travel with a lot of luggage.

The location of the hotel is in the middle of the city La Fortuna. There is a lot of restaurants, shops, bars around. Breakfast at the hotel was really good and the hotel staff really friendly.
