The only shortcoming was the network (Internet) was not consistence and realible.

Hotel is located in the center of town near of all animations, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Breakfast was excellent and the Ventanita prepered one of the best burger on town. It must be mentioned the staff was super helpful and friendly. Mayfel, Miguel, Josha, Vanessa, and support staff provided an excellent services.

Just one thing, it would have been nice to have a lock box in our room. They have one central one that all guests can access but it’s on the main floor.

The hotel staff were friendly and fantastic. They keep the grounds very clean and neat.

The rooms are getting dated and need a refurb soon. The shower never really worked whilst we were there.

The location is great for walking around la fortuna and is quite central for visiting local sites. Thr breakfast was great with a mix of fruits, pastries and cooked items. The pool, though small, is great for cooling off after a hot day.

Pool seemed more like a water feature for dining room than useable pool ( my kids felt too self-conscious to use it). Noisy birds in the trees by the church at dusk and again at 4am. Restaurant pricey for lunch and dinner options. Wifi not great.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were good. Location great for checking out souvenir shops and local restaurants.

The pool closes at pm which is frustrating as that was one of the deciding factors for booking this place. We didn’t know this until after check in. Also , the pool is attached to the restaurant so you definitely have an audience at all times.

Staff all very helpful and kind. A little hard to find initially but once we found it, no problems. I love that it’s centrally located and easily walkable around town. Our room overlooked the church in center square and hearing the birds from the balcony in the morning was lovely. The attached restaurant is very good!!

The hotel entrance is quite hart to find from the street. The pool is directly next to the restaurant which makes it a bit uncomfortable to use when people are eating right next to you.

Nice hotel in the center of La Fortuna. Our room was located in the inner courtyard so we had no noise from the street. Breakfast is good and the rooms clean.

I booked 3 rooms for family and myself. Only one of the rooms had an in room safe which meant storing travel documents all in one room.

Heart of downtown. Close to bars and restaurants Gated parking 1/2 block away for rental cars On-site restaurant and pool Helpful and friendly staff. Clean, good water pressure with hot and cool water.

Breakfast system was very strange and slow. It was possible to choose from the menu only one food, that was included in room price and then wait a long time until you get it. All other food from the menu was for additional payment. Very uncomfortable considering, that many tourists go to tours early in the morning and do not have time to wait. In room was no safe box or cupboard.

Very dedicated room maid created every day different beautiful towel swan compositions, good location in the town center and very close to the tour operator Red Lava and bus station, large balcony with town view.

We had a room with balcony on the main road and the noise carried on through the night, so would not recommend staying in road-front room. The happy hour for cocktails very limited.

The curtains don’t cover the windows so a lot of light gets into the room , the pillows were also too big for us but that’s a preference. Be prepared for some water sounds from the pool fountain and the pipes in the walls.

The bathroom was tiny and dated

Great location in the center of town. Rooms were comfortable. We had a room at the front overlooking the road so no balcony - it was fine but I suggest requesting an upstairs room overlooking the pool. The free breakfast was fabulous and made the hotel totally worth it. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times for dinner and would have a drink in there in the evenings - food and service were very good.

There are big windows which allow a lot of light in but also all the other rooms to look in so you need to close the curtains for some privacy.

Very central location in the middle of La Fortuna, right beside the bus station. Breakfast included in the attached restaurant with fresh fruit and a selection of options. Comfortable rooms with air conditioning, balcony, and private bathroom. Lovely staff at the front desk, who helped me to organise tours.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. The location was right in the downtown area. Several shops are next door. We could store our luggage till the evening, thanks to the very helpful staff.
