Great location. Wonderful pool, breakfast, and luxury tents with A/C. Amazing property with perfect views of Arenal volcano. Far enough from La Fortuna to be peaceful, but close enough to get to restaurants and attractions. Staff was super helpful

Slice. Of. Heaven! Pure Paradise. This property is immaculate. Beautiful landscaping. Clean and well laid out ‘tents’. The staff are AMAZING. I manage a 650 room in New York and I’m jealous of Hotel Arenal Glamping. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!

Tents felt a bit damp after a couple of days, even it was the "dry" season. We'd have liked a bar area - seemed to be lacking a bit of soul / atmosphere. The open kitchen area seemed to be used by staff but was not accessible to guests (other than the fridge). The road to Fortuna was closed and the detour much longer.

The outside areas were beautiful; very well landscaped gardens and a lovely pool. An amazing view of the volcano from the pool. Great breakfast area and good selection of breakfast. The tents were comfortable and well thought out

Inside the tents needed more lights. Felt a little dark.

Pool and views were amazing! Location was excellent, seeing a sloth at breakfast was fantastic. Location of the resort itself was great, about half a mile out from La Frotuna centre which was great. Had all the ammenieties without the crowd! Breakfast was nice, would maybe add some fried meat e.g sausage would have gone well with the rice!

Walking into town was a little far, but we managed. The staff were able to call taxis for us in the evenings to avoid making the trek in the dark.

The room, facilities, and staff were all incredible! The staff went above and beyond to assist us - they were all really friendly. The hot tub with the view of the volcano was the icing on the cake.

Lovely stay, very kind staff and great attention to detail. Always happy to assist and available. Breakfast was simple yet well made (could perhaps do with a few more savoury topping options but that’s really minor!) We came without a car and managed to get around relatively easily.

Everything about this place was magical, serene, romantic, beautiful! The staff was extremely friendly and lovely. Breakfast was great and offered in such a beautiful setting. Amazing view of the Arenal Volcano. Leave time during your trip to La Fortuna to enjoy some relaxation at this place. Hope to visit again one day!

If you want to be in the town centre then you'll need a car or taxis.

Beautiful grounds. Lovely interior of the tent. Tasty breakfast. Fantastic staff, who were incredibly helpful and accommodating - helping to arrange activities, transport, food delivery and also one extra night for us because we didn't want to leave! Pura Vida.

Glamping tents were like safaris we’ve experienced in Africa. Breakfast served every day, pool/spa were great too. very relaxing and staff were wonderful and helpful to our group of 9.
