Our unit had lukewarm water for the shower no hot water at all. The water pressure was never much more than a drip. The food at the poolside was not always well prepared, one night we ordered pizza and it was uncooked. We sent it back. They microwaved it and brought it back to us. The salad and burgers were fine.

Walls were a bit thin in our casita, so we could hear the neighbors. That and the beds weren’t the comfiest.

Very nice pool and thermal pool complex on site, which was the highlight for our family. Two decent restaurants on site. Nice patio, and great volcano views.

Most of the staff were wonderful but some weee rather “prickly” which effected the overall experience Facilities were ok but our “upgraded” room was more dated than the regular room - not too sure it was worth the extra expense. Breakfast was ok but nothing too special

Too many tour buses - but not a issue : to use x

Perfect location out of town with added bonus of Hot Springs — very close to everything and parking was easy - Hot springs gs a added bonus and breakfast was ok — only downside was you could here people next door if they were load : I did request a volcano view which was lovely - but commutation. Before check in was slow - great value for what we got :

One of the hot spring pools didn't have water in it. Not really anything within walking distance.

Our room was great with terrific views of the Arenal volcano from our deck. The included buffet breakfast was good. We enjoyed the hot springs in the evenings.

We arrived the hotel in the rainstorm 1/23/2023 around 7pm, the lady in the front office did not even allow us to park the car in the covered driveway by the office for checking in. We had to park the car away and then walk to the office in the pouring rain, which got us soaking wet. She was very unfriendly and inconsiderate. There was no towel hangers in the room.

The hotel has very nice landscaping, the thermal pools are great, breakfasts are good. The staffs are generally friendly.

The room could be a touch more elegant or homely, but nonetheless, it's absolutely fine.

The pool with the bar is fantastic, and the hot spring pools are truly impressive. The resort is quite expansive and boasts a pleasant environment teeming with animals.

You can hear everything the adjacent guests do in the bathroom! The guests woke us up at 500 in the morning. There is no sound insulation between the duplex accommodations. Several of the thermal spas were not available.

Grounds were beautiful, reception staff very helpful, breakfast was exceptional. Restaurant was very good.

The property was beautiful. It was nice having hot springs on site that were not crowded. Great variety in temperature too.

The rooms were not very clean, there was a dead cockroach in the closet and some ants went over my phone. There was also not a single free socket to charge mobile devices.

The staff was great and the Thermal pools were awesome.

Our room was right next to the staff building and it was super loud in the morning with everyone getting ready to work for the day. We were up so it wasn't too bad but I wish I had a different room that was more peaceful in the morning.

It was a great location with a great view of the volcano. We especially loved the swim up bar hot spring and the staff were all so friendly!

Not enough light at the bathroom, looks like light is not working above the sink. Also could be good to arrange smth to dry the clothes, there is no place to do it.

Amazing location with stunning view at volcano. Private bungalows, several pools: hot and cold ones, bar at the hot pool. Really loved the restaurant: tasty, well served and good quality for the given price.

Breakfest was nice, great selection of continental and local items. Freindly staff. Nice area, well kept bungalos. But we realized that tehre are ones that have been newly renovated (top!!) and some that are still "old" but ok.
