The only thing is that you can hear cars driving fast from the road, but when you're tired from adventuring it doesn't really matter.

We stayed in Room #1. The room is huge and clean with an awesome view of the Arenal Volcano. Hot springs very close by (5 mins drive or less) - and nice scenic areas in both directions. Breakfast was included in our stay, we had the typical breakfast and it was great.

Beautiful view from the room, you can see the entire volcano! very comfortable room and bed, huge bathroom and shower as well! The staff was extremely nice and helpful! Close to town but also far away enough to have privacy. Loved our stay here!

There is nothing bad about this place.

The view was incredible, its out of the craziness of Lafortuna. Customer service at its best. These guys exceed every exoectation we had. The rooms are simple cabins over looking Arenal, but they are comfortable, clean, and you have everything you need. At night the night clerk took us on a nature walk around the pond. And during the day they showed us where to find sloths in nature. Really impressed with these people and the place.

Lots of ants in the room (but I guess is normal in the middle of the nature). The hotel is so nice that it would benefit from an outdoor common area or even a small swimming pool.

The hotel is great. Beautiful property, staff is very nice. The view to the volcano is amazing. The staff showed us the sloth that lives in a tree right in front of the hotel. Breakfast and parking included. It’s 10 min away from La Fortuna and 5 from the hot springs by car. Only stay here if you have a car.

Beautiful accommodation located in a spectacular area. so much wildlife on the property and the receptionist even showed us some different species of residential frogs on check in at their pond. Breakfast was decent.

One of the bungalows front doors had to be locked or it wouldn’t stay shut.

..of course the first night, I got the room I wanted to avoid with the help of previous email communication... quite disappointing. Uncomfortable, unattractive, raw... the noise from the road can be heard equally in all the cottages, and it dies down at night anyway. But a pleasant rest with a view or a book after dark...that was kind of unimaginable for me..

(The second night when i was moved to the room I originally asked for..) everything pleasant and bright ;) That young lady on reception very active and helpful with all needs and trips. Everybody friendly... room clean... pura vida

The staff were very friendly and open, and gave us a quick tour of the nearby pond to see some frogs and even helped us spot a sloth across the road. The room was nice and spacious, with free coffee and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was great too. Thanks for everything, made the stay a lot more memorable! (Stefan/Ana).

View was very nice to the Arenal Volcano, and landscape also. Rooms were confortable and breakfast was good.

It would have been amazing to have a little standing lamp and/or bed lamp for better lighting at night, as we couldn’t eat, read or play at the dining table or on the sofa.

We had a great stay, the cabin was cosy, beds were comfortable, and the view was stunning. The location was perfect, close to all the main points of interest. It was a short distance from the Arenal park (5 min drive) and the free natural hot springs (5 min drive). La Fortuna was less than 15 min drive by car for restaurants, but there were also a few restaurant options nearby accessible without a car. The staff was so nice and helpful, César helped us book a jungle night tour and shared his passion for wildlife with us, he spotted frogs in the pond nearby for us to see which was great ! The breakfast was also very good. And we loved watching the hummingbirds outside the window of our cabin.

Amazing views of the Volcano Arenal from the rooms! Staff were lovely and helpful. On check in one of the guys at the reception went out of their ear to show us some interesting wildlife. Food was really nice at the restaurant.
