Sometimes the pool was not so clean, there was bugs and flies in the pool. It would have been nice to have the pool skimmer net by the pool so we could have used it before swimming. :) But other than that the pool is very nice!

The room that we had was super big, nice art and very clean. And it also had an AC which was super nice. For breakfast they have few options which you can choose. The kitchen is 10/10 for cooking, right by the pool, with amazing view of the Arenal Volcano that you can admire while sipping coffee! You can also wash loundry there for free which was very nice! The staff is super helpful and kind! We enjoyed our stay a lot! 🙏🏽

Nice setting on the foothill of the Volcano. With a little pool to plant your feet after a long excursion. Included a pick of 3 breakfasts each day. Rooms were always clean. The staff was excellent & polite. In all have not a bad word to say.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We loved the breakfast and dinner, food was wonderful. It was also quiet, which is nice for Fortuna, which is pretty busy. We also swam in the pool and we liked the shared kitchen.

The gate to enter and exit the hotel property required a code to open and was a bit glitchy, but always worked by the second or third try!

This hotel is right outside La Fortuna and was fantastic! We loved the shared sitting area and kitchen space, and pool areas. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast particularly exceeded our expectations - there were a variety of choices to choose from and everything was delicious.

Kitchen, pool, staff and restaurant all really good. Pizzeria vagabondo attached was excellent. Staff were exceptionally helpful when shuttle didn’t collect us. Breakfast great.

I didn’t have a car so had to rely on cabs to Fortuna - only a short distance but too far to walk . WiFi didn’t work in bedroom.

Really friendly helpful staff, comfortable room with great air con. Lovely restaurant attached which served the best breakfast of the whole trip .

I liked everything. If I had to be overly critical I would extend the menu to include fish dishes.

Staff, especially Natayla were very friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel is very peaceful with beautiful art and wonderful facilities. The pool is a bonus and the view of Arenal Volcano is superb.

The beds have the wooden frame with sharp corners. We hurt ourselves by hitting it a couple of times. We didn’t like that.

It was in a great location! Easy to find. It has a secure gate so we felt safe in the area. The breakfast was fairly good. We liked the traditional Costa Rica breakfast.

In the middle of nature, nothing could be better. Simple, natural, ecological and laid back atmosphere. Worth every penny. Rrlaxing at the swimming pool after a long day of exploring is a wonderful moment. The breakfast was so delicious. Totally recommend.

The swimming pool is freezing. If you open the curtains at your room, everyone can see in. If you open the windows, you can hear everything plus no mosquito nets (was an issue for us as our kid is allergic). I would say that the hotel is not very suitable for kids (the adults would appreciate the stay much more), even though everyone was really nice towards our kids.

The location is great - close to everything. The staff is really nice. The breakfast was amazing, various choices, pancakes for the kids, traditional breakfast for us, the garden is pretty. You can use the common kitchen and and the washing machine, which can be useful. Overall experience very good.
