Excellent value located in the main shopping, dining and sightseeing area, The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere serving reasonably priced Costa Rican food. Very comfortable room with everything you need for a business or leisure stay.

Gym could bd better stuffed and with mote working machines. Interestingly, I found thd entrance to the hotel hard to find...

Some of the things needed updating like the elevator buttons were broken.

Loved the vibe of the restaurant with the plants and the open setting to people watch. The breakfast included was really yummy! The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They also spoke both English and Spanish which was great!

Originally given a key to a room that was occupied. That's okay, mistakes happen. Scared the occupant when trying to enter.

Locker in our room was broken

Central location, free indoor parking, a good large restaurant decorated with indoor plants, good breakfast, a quiet room (we had a room facing inner court), wi-fi, attentive personnel.

Very outdated hotel. Room size is big but the bed is small for 2 persons.

Check in was a nightmare. The lobby a was filled with people waiting to check in with only 1 person there to help. Even thow we were there before 4 other people we had to wait 1/2 hour before our room was READY and we were the last to get our room. ( 1 hour after the posted check in time)

The 'balcony' was really just an extra room space with large windows... it was fine but not an open space. There's a microwave and refrigerator in the room but but no utensils. Would be helpful to provide some basic cutlery :)

The valet parking was great - it's easy to get to but lots of one way streets, I was glad to just leave the car there and not go searching for a lot. Staff were really nice, breakfast was delicious. Location ideal to explore the city. I'd stay here again.

The hotel is tired and our bedroom was dark with a window that faced a wall. The restaurant closes early at night which is a problem for evening arrivals from the airport.

The hotel is ok for a one night stay before embarking on a Costa Rica trip and it has secure parking. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

Breakfast to go did not have any condiments for sandwich. Also my phone didn't charge since the lights were dark during the night.

No wash cloths, TV had to be reprogrammed every time you re enter the room since the AC switches off when you remove your room let. No channel guide, only One AC outlet near bed. Temperamental elevators with poor controls. Fire alarm went off three times, the first time at 5am.

Great location downtown! Room rate was very reasonable. Katharine in the El Patio restaurant was a delight!

WiFi was really spotty and kept dropping when trying to use to book travel stuff or search activities

Good location to get to museums and walking street. Our room looked out on walking street so could people watch and listen to street musicians. Staff were very pleasant.

Check in wasn’t easy. We were first given a standard room 1 bed. We realized it wasn’t what we had paid for on booking we paid for a superior room. I guess there was some confusion and they apologized and gave us our original room. Parking is great, but we were told at night if we leave it isn’t guaranteed we will get parking again as it fills up. The cold water pressure in the room was non existent at times and the water was scolding.

The location was great. Central to everything. Free parking! The staff were great helped us with local places to eat etc.

The rooms smelled a bit weird, but we could open the windows to air out the room.

The staff was very helpful, we loved the location and the atrium where the restaurant is, was nice. The rooms were clean and it was nice and quiet.
