We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HondurasEverything was great, there's not too much parking lots available, only around 8-10 vehicles at the hotel, but fortunately this wasn't an issue when I visited.
This place has a wonderful view to Manuel Antonio Park, the rooms have plenty space and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Breakfast is included on the reservation and you can pick from plenty of options. There's a beach near to the hotel, you can ask for a free shuttle to the entrance of the trail to get to the beach. Towels are provided by the hotel and you can take them to the beach, pool or even to Manuel Antonio Park.

Very comfortable and large room. Hotel a little tired and in need of updates, but for the price "offer"no complaints.

Staff were so nice ! Helped us with anything we needed. Views from terrace and room were spectacular. Breakfast was good especially their shakshuka.Special shout out to Ray and Ada,Megan and all the desk staff.

United KingdomThe property is in need of serious repair... we had a room with a frozen and leaking air con unit. We were moved to another room where the air con unit was also broken. We knew it wouldn't be fixed to had to do some DIY to sort it The staff handled everything well , they were all absolutely lovely . The access to the main road and beach is very very steep.

United KingdomTo get to the beach you go via the Shana hotel. They do run a golf cart service there and we never waited more than a few minutes. The restaurant we could use was in this hotel and was a little overpriced with evquoted in USD.
Big rooms with gorgeous view from the patio. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The beds were comfortable and we had a small seating area as well as chairs on our private terrace.

United StatesOur bathroom shower didn’t drain well so we were standing in inches of water. Our room was 512 and it didn’t have a prime ocean view.
Breakfast was very good. Same offerings daily however fresh fruit and yogurt were plentiful and served along with a cooked to order entree of your choice. Pool was beautiful with an amazing ocean view! Ala, the front desk receptionist, was super helpful. She booked our tours and helped with cab rides etc.Made it very easy for us to get around without a rental car.She was cheerful and friendly! Jorge, the golf cart driver couldn’t have been kinder! Wonderful staff!

Then, the service ☝️ everyone was with a smile in their faces and they really go over everything to make sure you have a perfect stay! 2 things - the golf car that takes you to their sister property it’s a plus!! United StatesThis is a very outdated hotel, it is quite ugly. The chosen decor is terrible, even the lamp in our room had rust all over. Just to get to the room we had to climb many sets of stairs, I can’t imagine an older person doing this. The access to the hotel is very challenging and parking is absurd. Not worth the money paid.

PolandPictures do not show the reality. We probably get one of the nicest room but despite of it towels were dirty, there was la cucaracha (coakroach), everything in bathroom was in terrible shape, room need to be restored. Breakfast! Terrible! Killed scrambled eggs and something else I could not describe. Orange juice not fresh, just the cheapest one from the juice pack. In the country where there are vast amount of vegetables guess what! There was nothing. Even one piece of veggie. On the corridors there were super hot, without any lights and super old. This hotel deserves for maybe one star and staying there is just unpleasant expierence. I believe that only few reviews is caused by abandon this property from booking and try to blow a new run. But this not gonna happen
