The security in the hotel was good but the area has huge deprivation problems. Constant hassle from beggars and concerns regarding theft of which we were victims at one of the nearby beaches.

It was great to have use of the pool and the hot water for making bedtime drinks. Good location for getting access to Rincon Park and the beaches around the west coast

Breakfast was great. The pool was real nice and bonus it was right off the room. There were two doors in the room. Front door and door to pool. Very very well laid out.

A mini fridge in the rooms would be a nice addition.

Pool and gardens are an oasis in the city. Location was wonderful - a 15 minute drive straight down the road from the airport. Breakfast was fantastic. Accommodations were simple but adequate and a room that sleeps 5 comfortably was very appreciated, as was the secure parking.

Sorry but I cannot think of anything that I did not like.

We spent 2 nights here and the location was great. The room was very comfortable with relaxing chairs to sit outside the room. Breakfast included personalized omolettes and fresh fruit. The restaurant food was excellent. My casado with beef was the best I have had and the chicken soup was so tasty. The waitress was so kind. A great place to stay as we had to be at the airport at 4:30am.

Breakfast just average buffet

Easy accessable well-known motel-like hotel in Liberia. Occupies a whole block with gated parking outside each room. Convinient location just exit the free-way in Liberia and drive parellel with the freeway until the reception in on your right. Rooms clean and nice garden with pool. Staff average. Good starting point to explore Santa Rosa Natl Park.

The furniture is banged up and balcony furniture uncomfortable but a nice balcony. Hot water was iffy if there was a crowd. Can get very busy and loud early in the evening but does get quieter later on. There are some bugs as the doors are not sealed but we are not bothered by them, part of the hot south. People complained about the street noise but we could hear very little from our room.

We were there for four nights. The room was simple and plain, but very clean. The bed was comfortable. The pool area was great. Nice pool surrounded by lush plants. Small pool for the kids and a whirlpool. The breakfast which was included was good with fresh fruit and hot dishes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had ice packs that had to stay frozen and and the staff were great with this as I swapped every day. Recommend the mojitos at the restaurant! There are lots of restaurants within walking distance; both fast-food and local cuisine. We would go back to this hotel if we were to return to Liberia.

The bathrooms seemed a little run down. Would have loved a elevator or someone to help carry our bags to our rooms, since they were up some steep stairs.

There were no drinks options for kids at breakfast other than iced tea or water. Some juice choices would have been great.

Excellent private parking right outside the room to the rear so we didn’t have to move bags far. The pool is lovely. The beds are comfy. It’s really close to the airport. There is a restaurant which had delicious dinner and the breakfast on offer was so yummy.

It was a little outdated and the noise level was pretty high. The traffic was really congested around the property!!

It was decent but very noisy based on its location in the city. The breakfast was 8/10. I did love the pool and the birds!! I liked that it was only 10-15 km from the airport.

It was difficult to communicate with the desk staff. I realize we are in a foreign country but at least being able to communicate with front desk staff is important to us. Getting help with directions and simple requests like finding a store or atm we’re impossible. Rooms could also use an ice bucket, not a plastic pitcher. The ice melts way too fast!

The restaurant and pool were very nice. The traditional breakfast included was also very good. In room safe was a bonus.

Right beside a main road. Rooms were noisy. Not soundproof and you could hear noise from pool, walkways etc. Doors need to be better sealed. Room is very basic but clean. Nothing fancy just very basic. Room was a bit dark

Rooms were large, but could have more character. breakfast was ok, but not outstanding. Price was somewhat high.

Good lacation, close to busstation and city center. Although very close to a very busy road, it was quiet, and the garden area with swimming pool and jacuzzi was lovely. Although staff spoke very little english they tried to help wher pssobile.

Safe in room didn’t work properly so had to call maintenance twice to open it for us.

Loved the feel of the hotel - from the pool area to the breakfast nook to the room setup. Excellent breakfast included in price. Good location - near InterAmerica highway but quiet. Nice restaurant directly across road. Short walk to Centro of Liberia. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.
