I think every place we stayed in Costa Rica had a plumbing issue of some sort ... Here the hot water went out for several hours, toilet seat bolt cover was missing... But this is minor stuff. Staff was not particularly friendly but efficient.

Nice location and pool and breakfast. Lots of restaurants within a block. Big room, big bed, nice balcony overlooking pool and nice landscaping. We used this as a transition to the airport and that worked well ... It's a few feet from the Santa Rosa Shopping Center which is a stop on the bus from Tamarindo so you can go practically door to door from Tamarindo for about $4 and see some of Costa Rica from the bus ...then an Uber to the airport next day is about $13 (or you could take the bus back to the airport of course for much less).

The pool the tiles looked old. And the room was old the bathroom tiles and the door did not close properly.

The beds were amazing and the location was incredible near restaurants and fast food places. There was also a gym near.

The location was not the best sitting on the busiest intersection of Liberia, however; once in the magnificent courtyard you would never know of the surrounding roadway. Its difficult getting out during high traffic times, morning and late afternoon traffic. Do not allow the location to discourage you from staying.

The hotel grounds and pools were absolutely beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful which seemed genuine not contrived. The complementary breakfast topped the stay off.

Right across the street we're 3 restaurants, a grocery store and at least 4 different banks with ATMs. When we got our rental car we just hooked onto the highway on the overpass beside the hotel and we were gone! Excellent location

A lovely big pool and smaller one for children and a jacuzzi. Breakfast is typical Costa Rican food and served hot. Always love the rice and beans. Our room was very clean and quiet. Each room has a balcony.

The internet was much faster this time, but still a little spotty.

We have stayed here many times before and every time it gets better and better. The pools were clean and refreshing. The room was large with a balcony overlooking the pools. The breakfast was excellent.

You did not think that you’re in Liberia. The place was nice, the pool is surrounded but beautiful plants. The rooms are basic but the beds are very comfy. For a quick stop after the flight or before you’re on the bus to Nicaragua just perfect.

the pictures are a little misleading though, it looks like they were taken 20 years ago. the room was quite run down and not clean (including a piece of cake on the floor and a lizard). be careful at the swimming pool - the handrails are broken and they move, the slide also didn’t make me feel safe. Breakfast was ok. I believe the hotel used to be great but today it is crying for a renovation to get back to its glory

Breakfast is a bit dull, but nothing wrong with it. Rooms basic, but it’s all you need.

The swimming pools and surrounding area was very nice. The locations is excellent, both on stocking up on necessities for further travel and closeness to restaurants etc. There is a good supermarket in the shopping centre straight across the road. Nice with chairs outside in front of the room.

The entire Liberia area is overpriced because of tourism, I guess. The hotel itself was old- bathroom very dated with wobbly toilet but great hot water, holes in plaster in bedroom area- and not an attractive exterior. However, the inner courtyard with pool and tropical plants was lovely. I expected a slightly better quality for the price.

This hotel was chosen for its convenience to Liberia for personal errand, not travel. It was safe, clean and the bed was comfortable. Pool was huge and seemed well maintained although I did not use it. Staff in restaurant and housekeeping staff were very nice.

It is located near a busy road but saying that we had no traffic noise.

Great value hotel located near the airport with a well kept pool and garden. The rooms were large and comfortable and great for a one night stay. We ate dinner and breakfast there and had no complaints. Would recommended if you’re needing a hotel before a flight home.
