The only downside is it’s a fair bit out of Fortuna and Uber doesn’t work from there so you have to walk a bit to get to a spot where you can order a car if you haven’t rented one. It’s also quite prone to ants and other bugs because it’s not fully sealed however it was not too much of an issue

This place is absolutely gorgeous. It’s in such a scenic spot, it’s self contained and it’s got such cute cabins, it’s perfect for a getaway stay. It was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the owners are so lovely and accomodating

The pillows are are so big, we could not use them without getting a stiff neck and back pain. We had to use our flight pillow, so we didn't sleep really comfortable.

The cabin has a really good location, not far from the village of La Fortuna, but still quite and in the nature. From the kitchen you even had am amazing view on the Vulcano Arenal. The cabin is quite big and have everything you need. They even brought us fresh papaya and bananas the first morning. Really nice experience.

The pillows were huge and the replacement still too big. Both were cushions not pillows that should be shallow and soft. The light in the bathroom is placed behind the person making the face dark and shaving/make up hard. A common problem in Costa Rica. A better address to the cabin is required. It is very hard to find it initially.

I would have liked some hooks to hang clothing in the bedroom and had a rug or mat either outside or inside the door to wipe shoes on and/ or to place them on.

Cabana was very clean and neat, furnishings were sturdy and in excellent condition. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. The location was superb with an excellent view of the volcano.

It's a bit outside of the town, so unless you have a car, its tricky to get to and from. For the price and what you get though, still worth it in my opinion.

A lovely cottage that makes you feel like you are secluded and in the middle of the jungle. The beds were comfy, view was gorgeous and the place was spotless.

Lovely cabin in a good location, not too far from the main part of La Fortuna. The cabin was clean, comfortable and private and the host was very friendly. It also has an amazing view of the volcano.

Had an issue with an army of military ants entering the cabin from different areas, which was quickly remedied after contacting the host. There were also some scarabs in the room, but this is expected given the location of the cabin. Pillows were too high which made them uncomfortable.

Very responsive and friendly hosts. The cabin was big and clean. Wifi worked well. Hot water shower was great. You can see a lot of wildlife and if the weather is in your favor, you'll also see the Arenal volcano. The cabin had all necessities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well stocked.

Water in the shower was cold most of the time - it would have been nice to have hot water. The signage is a bit confusing when you first arrive because although there are signs at the main road, there are no signs on the homes themselves.

I was a little unsure when I was booking this place, but I’m glad I did. Place was very clean with all of the basics covered. Very glad to have air conditioning, which kept the cabin comfortable. Host was easily accessible through email and immediately walked over when I accidentally set off the alarm. Location was convenient to the town if you have a car. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

Excellent value for the money! It is calm and not far from the heart of La Fortuna (if you have a car). It had everything we needed to cook us meals. The cabine was spacious and has a great view on the volcano. I would stay there again!

The house has a dirt road access for about 1m drive.

The lodge has an incredible view, very well cleaned and equiped, very safe. :) We had a wonderful night, surrounded by nature sounds. Very good price quality and nearby la fortuna center.

This place is amazing!From the kitchen is amazing view on the volcano, bedroom is big with two double beds,there is terrace where you can drink your beers:-).Free very good wifi, privacy, aircon very good, everything you need for cooking is in the kitchen, althought there amazing cheap great restaurant in la Fortuna with amazing food and coctails-Red frog-highly recommended.
