We did not find it very clean, the hosts don’t speak English, the wifi wasn’t there or didn’t work. The swimming pool is dirty. With checking in they lost the key to the room and we had to stay in another room that we did not book. The hostel next door has parties from time to time, so it’s not a quiet environment like we hoped. Music stayed on until 22:00.

On the pictures it looked a lot better. It has spacious rooms and the beds are comfortable. They bring extra towels and toiletpaper and there is a kitchen you can use, but it doesn’t have a pot for boiling. There are a lot of animals around like howler monkeys and parrots.

Silent place, with pool and kitchen. The room was comfortable and the room service was nice.

Honestly, the place looked a little tacky overall. The really narrow staircase to the second floor was far too narrow to bring up the suitcase and it doesn't look very safe either. I think you can probably find better deals in Manuel António.

The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. The kitchen was big and had enough utensils. Ample parking space.

The look of the hotel wasn't very nice. The A/C leaked water but the host did come by to mop it up. The location wasn't near any eateries or markets or beaches.

The room was spacious. The location was near the bus stop. There were tables outside with microwave, plates and silverware if you wanted to eat outside.

There aren’t any restaurants or supermarkets close by, but there are regular buses at the end of the road to either Quepos or Manuel Antonio, so stock up and enjoy the jungle kitchen.

Firstly... this is not where booking says it is, but, once we found it we loved the location, right in the jungle down a nice road. Scarlet macaws flying overhead, more wildlife here than Manuel Antonio nature reserve. the outdoor kitchen was great to cook in. Pool was clean, we had no bother with the WiFi, worked well for us, room 7. It’s a quirky building with random terraces dotted about. Rooms are spacious and ac worked well.

I paid for a room with two queens and air con but they said that the room didn’t have aircon and was unavailable - so instead put us in another room with one double and a small single bed which really wasn’t great. The location was alright but you’re looking at a 40 minute walk to the beach and up an extremely steep hill - there is a bus stop just around the corner but last bus is at half 9 at night so if you want to stay out drinking or a late dinner you have no choice but to get a taxi or walk on an unlit road. The staff were great but overall I would recommend staying closer to the main town in Manuel Antonio.

Pool area is nice - lots of work going on so can only assume it’ll improve over time. the staff were so lovely and took care of us which was great.

Overall condition of the facilities. Some rooms seem to be renovated, some are missing even a glass pane in the window! Looks like the owners are trying to patch up what's missing as they go, but it's not how it should be. Be aware that the wifi doesn't reach all the areas. It wasn't really clear with the payment and all additional taxes and fees so keep an eye.

Quiet surrounding so I slept like a baby. At least staff is nice and made up my experience a little bit.

This property is seriously run-down and requires a lot of maintenance. Doors and keys didn't always work properly, some showers did not have hot water, Wi-Fi didn't reach to the back of the property (some of the rooms), and the cleanliness was mediocre. If you are OK with the above, then this may be a good, cheap place to stay. But if you expect the basics to be in order, consider a different hotel.

The location of the hotel was good, not too far from the main road and enough in the jungle. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The beds are hard for my taste . And the shower is built for shorter people. But the outdoor one is great.

We saw more wild life at our hotel than we did at the park, monkeys, 2 sloth, Macaw. This is not a high end place but we weren't expecting it to be. It's clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. It's off the main road so there isn't traffic noise. Close to the park and restaurants. The shared kitchen has two good size fridges.
