Adorable and very comfy cabins!! The kitchenettes are equipped with everything you’d need. Beautiful grounds to explore and spot green and black poison darts frogs. The location is perfect, walking distance to great food, ice cream, and lovely Playa Negra

The property was lovely and in a beautiful setting . We saw Lola the resident sloth and a few poison dart frogs. The accommodation was really comfortable and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

The kitchen equipment was not very useful. Coffee pot worked but took a very long time to drip the coffee. We had intended to cook some of our meals but the other equipment (rice cooker and electric skillet) didn't allow for much. The skillet had a "teflon" coating that was so scratced and worn we didn't feel safe cooking with it .

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to leave early due to a death in the family and the owner helped us with arrangements to the airport. I don't know if they would have reimbursed us for our unused nights but we didn't ask b/c we had insurance that would cover that cost. It was far enough from the town and any noise but close enough to walk to. It was also close to the beach.

A bit far from town center.

Enjoyed the walking path on the property. Private bungalow. Beds comfortable, air conditioning and hot water and outdoor kitchen a big plus. Near Playa Negro.

When we arrived, the windows of our bungalow were open for ventilation, not covered with an insect screen. Luckily we only found a giant moth inside and no mosquitoes.

Someone forgot to scrub the refrigerator. I say forgot because everything else was so clean.

Spacious little bungalow. Good location set back from noise, very close to the beach and also close to the village amenities. The proprietor was very conscientious and always available.

The neighbors who were staying next to us had a loud barking dog that was quite annoying to wake up to, but that's not the property's fault.

Cabinas Tito is situated in a little rainforest property which adds so much value! I saw a poison dart frog after it rained and heard howler monkeys in the distance. Literally everything was clean, comfy and relaxing. The sloth room is decorated so cute! The air conditioning provided wonderful reprieve after a full day at the beach (which was so close). It is gated so it feels really safe. Also, we had an unexpected flight issue that caused us to show up really late, 11pm. The owner stayed up to let us in and was gracious the whole time.

I liked everything about Cabinas Tito. Little houses are in a quiet jungle, yet they are close to the main street of Cahuita, and also close to both Playa Negra and Playa Blanca.

The owner was so nice and helpful. The facility was very clean, and she seemed to have thought about all of her guests' different needs. Air conditioning was working well in the hot humid weather. I especially liked having a mosquito net over my bed at.night. A small fridge inside our Casita was also nice. We were able to prepare some hot drinks and simple meals on the front porch.

A beautiful garden with a lot of different animals, e.g. Colibris, Frogs, Birds, Sloth and flowers. The rooms were very clean because they clean them and the beds every day. The hostel is close to the beach and everything else you can reach by foot. Very nice and helpful personal.

The perfect place to relax, explore the wilderness around and soak in the Caribbean culture. The manager Ivon is a helpful lady who takes care of their guests, helping to sort out trips and activities, recommending restaurants and pointing to the most beautiful beaches around. Cabinas Tito is by the playa negra beach and they offer surf lessons and snorkeling tours. The national park is 5 mins away (walking distance), and so are all the main restaurants and amenities. Rooms are extremely clean (they clean the room daily), each lodge has private bathroom, fridge and AC. Parking is free and in a very safe location. They also offer a laundry cleaning service. The garden is the hidden gem of this place: walk into it to find yourself surrounded by local wildlife: howling monkeys, dendrobates frogs, sloths etc are all around you, and gently wake you up in the morning. Highly recommended for a local experience in an amazing place. We really enjoyed this place and hope to come back in the future!

Beautiful little cabin with sheltered outside kitchen and sink (see photo), and full sized fridge. Rice cooker and electric pan thing for cooking. Comfy beds and good Aircon. Minutes from round rock beach for a quick sunset dip, short stroll from playa negra. 5 minutes walk from supermarket and restaurants. No need for a car. Helpful staff. Room cleaned daily. Beautiful gardens. Take a stroll around.

Fridge was a bit noisy as it’s in the same room where the bed is. Apart of it all was great.

Very cozy place, loved our Toucan cabin. Bed was comfortable, quiet neighbourhood, close to the beach, we received room service every day with clean towels, mini common kitchen was very useful, staff was friendly and would share fresh bananas with us every day!
