Very conveniently located and with wonderful views to the volcán Arenal, the place offers spacious, well equipped and very clean apartments. Staff has been very friendly and helpful making a great moment of our family stay.

Nothing to do with the property and no fault of the owner, but it is a very noisy place around the apartment in the morning.

The location is great, restaurants, cafe, supermarkets all in easy walking distance. The owner was super helpful and gave us great recommendations.

Great location, very nice and helpful onsite owners, quiet, great volcano view, easy secure parking, awesome dachshund named Benjamin to keep you entertained when chilling at the condo. Well equipped kitchen, big grass yard with fútbol goal and ball, football americano, and outside pool table- nice touch for the teens

Quite a bit pricier than other similar properties.

Great location and management was lovely. Easily walkable to town center, restaurants, cafes, etc. And we saw a sloth while walking across a bridge into town - up close and personal. It was awesome.

Great location close to restaurants and shops in the town. Good view of the volcano when clear and close to many of the suggested places to visit. Owner/staff were very friendly and helpful with tips for restaurants etc. and even produced umbrellas for us to borrow when it rained. Would definitely recommend.

Does not have a swimming pool but was not a problem for us. We went to Relax Termalitas for pools/Hot Springs which was inexpensive and great!

Excellent location with the heart of La Fortuna just a few blocks away and easy walk. This place is a gem in terms of value and location. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. We were very comfortable and I would definitely come back.

Everything was great. Nothing to complain

The property is excellent(safe, located in the center of La Fortuna - close to Arenal Volcano Mountain). The place was home away from home. Very well kept facility. Very friendly staff and owner. The owner and their family live in the same property (so the attention to details is there). Easy assess to every thing (center of La Fortuna - easy drive to all the attractions near by). Secure property for parking (unlike other places). Very reasonable price for the stay (actually more value to the money than other places around). All comforts (TV, Hot water, kitchen facilities, nice rooms and very well maintained, great wifi, nice lookout areas). Overall very happy with our stay. I would recommend this to all my friends and family. If I were to come back to this town again, this is the place I would rebook.

Great location- walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff was very kind and helpful. Kids loved the soccer net, and ping pong table. Was nice to be able to cook some meals in our room as well- kitchen had everything we needed.

The location is excellent, you are right in town, walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Anibal and the staff were extremely helpful, very communicative and all around kind/good people. It's centrally located to all the attractions, generally a quick, inexpensive taxi or Uber ride away. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to beautiful La Fortuna.
