Lovely stay at this family bungalow park. Very friendly host who helped us with everything. Clean, great pool, beatiful view and great location. Lots of wildlife at the park. Even saw an armadillo.

The AC is noisy on cooling mode. But it wasn't soo hot that we need to have it running all the time.

We got an upgrade - thank you very much for that. We had an absolute amazing view on the vulcano. Breakfast was good. Host are super friendly. We had an amazing stay. Fair and good price for what you get

The lightning of the room was too dim

The views from our room and pool were stunning! The size of the room, with fridge and coffee machine was also very nice.

Maybe some stuff can be improved: towels for the kitchen, hangers in the bathroom, flow of the shower water...

The location of the rooms is amazing, just facing the volcano. The staff is really careful and ready to help anytime. Breakfast is OK

it was not a high end place, which was fine. simple & sweet. i do like this, but if you want fancy…. it’s not.

a simple hotel, very large room, good shower. the staff was so friendly & helpful. well located, convenient to everything, quiet because not right in center. a nice pool and private terrace outside. volcano view from every room!!

The beds, windows, and showers could use an update. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and bugs could come in through the window gaps. The curtains didn’t completely cover the windows.

I loved the location and the kindness of the staff. We were next to everything we wanted to visit and had an excellent view. We appreciated the breakfast too.

You can't walk in to the town but don't let that put you off if you don't have a car as the taxis are so cheap and it's nice to be have the tranquility that's offered here.

Great experience, the hosts are wonderful and there's nothing they won't do for you. They organised our trips, made effort with our kids to show them the creatures/plants etc of the property and the new pool is lovely!

We loved the simple pleasure of this family operated hotel! There is a great pool, fire pit, HANGING BRIDGE, lots of animals to spot right on the property, and breakfast is included :) location is great if you have a car - especially if you are planning on visiting the hot springs, arenal volcano, and hanging bridges!

We are not accustomed to such humidity, but it is necessary for the wonderful flora to flurish !

Great hospitality and frendly staff in a wonderful location and confortable rooms! Worth every penny! We will certainly stay there again in our second visit in Costa Rica!

We really loved that it was small and friendly. For us the location was great... a short walk to a lovely restaurant and there is a fabulous Soda across the road. We walked from here to the free hot springs and to the ecological parc. It's free pick up for booked activities. The kids loved the pool, which is currently being landscaped. Great view of the volcano when it chooses to show itself! They are such kind people who run this place.

The room had a smell of disinfectant, it could be due to the torrential rain we had for a couple of days.

Maria was so helpful and friendly. Amazing views of the volcano. Exceptional value. Very comfortable sleep.

The strong smell of toilet deodorant made me nauseous. I removed it from the toilet the 2nd day because I couldn't stand it. Smelled like moth balls.

I liked the table and chairs in the front porch. The beds were excellent and clean and the TV and shower worked fine.
