Nice property, 15min drive from the airport with free shuttle, except during the night. We returned our rented car 24h before flight. It was a good solution to spend some time there. Restaurants a close, 1min walk, but very touristic. Rooms are big and the stuff is very nice

The rooms could use a lot of updating. However, they were clean so it wasn't too bad.

The breakfast was really good. We did get a meal one evening. It was good, but more than I had hoped to have to pay for a meal on a restaurant property. The lobby and restaurant area were nice.

The lights in the living room is too dim.

We had two bedrooms and 3 beds for our family of 4, it's a lot of rooms! They arranged 4AM shuttle for us to the airport for our early morning flight and it's an excellent service.

Air conditioner had only 1 speed and was a problem. No wifi password protection. In-room phone did not work.

Not negative points but a couple of things can be improved: (a) the kitchen seems to be -temporarily due to some remodelation I think- a bit far from the restaurant, so the food arrived lukewarm/not as hot as I would have liked, and (b) I would have liked more flexibility in arranging a late check-out (with a surcharge, no problem).

The staff everywhere (Front Desk, Restaurant, Breakfast Buffet, etc) was amazing! The room layout is perfect/best ever for those of us poor souls who have to "work a little" (on a Laptop) even though we are theoretically on vacation (the desk area is sort of separate from the rest of the room, so my laptop´s screen did not bother my spouses sleep at all) And the restaurant was simply excellent: great food & great wines!

It would have been nice to have had a lounge chair to relax in, as there was lots of space and a table in the bedroom under the TV, and a corner shelf, by the long mirror. Small but significant 'comfort and convenience' items.

There's really a lot of noise coming from the very busy road/highway right next to the hotel. The food wasn't that spectacular.

The free upgrade to a bigger room! The swimming pool was nice and also the atmosphere with how the hotel was setup (rooms all around the swimming pool/garden area).

Country Inn has changed its cable TV service over the past year to Liberty, with a very limited package of channels. Most in Spanish and there are no English news channels included in that basic plan. They should change to a better plan or another service provider. If you have heavy luggage, it is difficult to get your bags to your room on upper floors - no elevator.

Breakfast and shuttle service were very good. All staff were welcoming and helpful. The location is good for coming into and going out of the country.

My only nitpick is that the windows are large and they didn't have blackout curtains, in fact they were very thin curtains. There were security and street lights shining through, and then of course the sun. Breakfast was fine, but I'd expect a bit more at this price point.

We stayed here one night (12 hours) after arriving on a late flight before leaving for the coast the next morning. Check in was easy and the man there was very nice. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. It wasn't super fancy, but it certainly wasn't bad. Staff was very nice and helpful. The pool area looked nice, although I didn't use it.
