What an incredible space! We had an amazing time here staying at the Harmony Dome. Everyone who worked here could not have done more to make us feel relaxed and at home. From the hummingbird gardens to the grounds and private waterfall, this place is a piece of magic! You can see how much heart and soul has been poured into growing this space and showing everyone how beautiful Costa Rica is. The food was also delicious and a real treat to have your dinner in front of such a magnificent volcano view! We went on a night walk with Mau, which was truly fantastic! His enthusiasm for nature was inspiring. We were sad to leave, but we were so thankful for their help in organizing our transfers to Monteverde. We hope to come back again and will recommend this place to anyone coming to Costa Rica! Olivia and Helena

Nothing - it was all fabulous.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. This place is amazing - so much wildlife can be seen in the grounds and the views of Arenal volcano are just breathtaking. The hike to the waterfall within the grounds and swimming in the cool, clear water there was one of the highlights of our whole trip. The breakfast and dinner onsite was very good. The guided night walk around the grounds is a must. Johnny was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had before our trip. He and all the staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay here.

A bit far away from La Fortuna and difficult to get there, but it’s part of the charm!!!!

Simply fabulous!!!! Great place in the middle of a very well maintained landmark, waking up in the middle of nature and surrounded by animals: white-faced monkeys, colibris, coatis, etc. Awesome night tour as well. Very recommended, no doubt!!!

The amount of nature and animals surrounding us was absolutely fenomenal. We did pretty much all the trails available on the property, saw monkeys, frogs, the Arenal volcano (best view we had while in the area). It was fabuluos!

This is a place designed more for retreats, but was absolute perfection. Johnny and his staff (Rachel and Javier) are AMAZING. Definitely plan on staying here! You can do a hanging bridge hike here and skip the crowds at the Mistico Hanging bridges. Additionally, the hike up to the waterfall is amazing - definitely bring your swimsuit and swim at the base of your own private waterfall! We had 2 kids (10 & 12) and 3 adults. The hike might have been a little tougher for young kids, but was fantastic for ours. The coffee, breakfast, and dinner were delicious, as well! We had some snacks from the supermarket, and that was all we needed for lunch between those meals on-site, even for the kids. We stayed in the family room, and could have easily fit more people (4 double beds), but we talked about coming back and trying one of the domes if we only had 2. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is to relax and see Costa Rica!

The trails inside the property would need more maintenance. The steps down to the Arenal river were partly demolished, as well on the upper part of the property on the way to the waterfall. It is not recommended for elderly or someone with mobility issues.

Exeptional location. The little house was in a private property next to the Mistico Arenal Hanging Bridges and close to Volcan Arenal National Park. On site there is a frog sanctuary with red eyed tree frogs, the view from the private little hanging bridge to the volcano is beautiful. Coatis, capucin and howler monkeys were just before our door. Hummingbirs were flying around the flowers. We saw here more animals than in the Mistico Park. Loved our little house, it was well equiped, bed was comfortable, good quality toiletries were provided. Welcome smootie was delicious. The owner and the workers were very friendly, and helpful. It was a memorable stay. They provided dehumidifier in the house against the high humidity. The whole area was very safe.

It's a wonder to have such a "private" place in the hyper-touristic El Arenal Volcano area. Just imagine waking up surrounded by colibri and with majestic volcano in front of you. All enjoyed from the comfort of your bed OR hiking the private trails. The owner and his staff are caring for you and fulfil all your needs and wishes. Making sure you enjoy your stay to the fullest. The night trip is a must! No worries about the food - excellent kitchen on site!

Outstanding host (Johnny) and staff (Rachel). They were so warm and caring. Johnny went the extra mile to make sure we had a wonderful experience. He organized custom meals to meet our special needs. He helped with logistical arrangements (not part of his job) and acted more like a good friend. We stayed in Harmony Dome, which was great. We were surrounded by the forest and had interesting animal and bird visitors every day. The property has great trails that we could explore without a crowd. I cannot praise the place enough - a total gem. Johnny is interested in conservation and in living in harmony with nature, which I think is a big plus.

This is a new resort. We slept in a room foreseen for a family or a group and not in an individual accommodation. For the time being, there are only two places for couples, it is foreseen to build a few more. I would have liked to pat in bitcoin with the Bitcoin Jungle application, which is common in other places in Costa Rica but not yet around lake Arenal.

The surrounding: the facilities are a small part of the property, the domain is 46 hectares and visitors are free to explore the domain. Tracks are available, it is well indicated and relatively easy to walk in the forest around the facilities. The staff and the manager are very kind and professional.

Better signs for trails, offer some snacks within the day, pick up options could be nice given the distance from the town

AMAZING experience, coming here, is like experiencing the real Costa Rica. The staff was amazing, Johnny made sure we had the best time! The food was very good as well, we were 2 vegans and we always had plenty to eat. The location is far, yes, but that's what this place is all about. We saw all types of animals, and it gave us the most peaceful experience to be surrounded by so much nature.

Amazing location with more than great service. You can have a perfect accommodation, great scenery but in wellness park we found something more- very nice people. The park is a bit remote, about 30 minutes outside of La Fortuna, I would recommend a car so that you are flexible. We were there without a car and Johnny was very helpful with organising transport.

We loved our stay at the Wellness Park! The Peace Dome is surrounded by nature and you have complete peace and quiet. It's nice to fall asleep with the windows open and the sounds of nature. The park itself offers yoga decks, a frog sanctuary and various hiking trails, e.g. to a small waterfall or a viewing platform and more. And all that you can enjoy almost to yourself, even in the high season. And Johnny and the other staff were so nice and helpful. Thank you again!

Peace, middle in the nature, your own private spot. Extremely friendly an dhelpfull staff and owners. Good diner and breakfast. On top, so many private walks on the property. We saw many wildlife including special frogs. To summarize, this place is a must visit.

Housekeeping might use a bit of improvement ( we stayed 8 days and had to ask for room to be cleaned twice, would be nice if made routinely , at least for longer stays).

The trails and the perfect volcano view. Our room was brand new , it was great . Johnny and his staff were so hospitable and made sure we were always happy. Felt like a very private retreat in the rainforest with food 💚 Izzy and Chef Mario always made my birthday dinner special and sincerely welcoming .

The "peace dome" didn't include breakfast, which is 10 $ extra, in case you want to have some coffee, fruit and toast with some egg. But the small kitchen of the accomodation provides everything you need, to prepare your own one :)

Even though the "peace dome" is quite small, it has enough space for 2 persons, if you handle your luggage well. It's a really romantic place, if you are in company and very calming too. The property is huge and really quiet, except many many nature sounds, I enjoyed a lot while falling asleep :) Thank you for this nice stay and showing me the red-eyed tree frogs, which I love so much and never saw before.

It was very cosy and a nice retreat. You wake up in a park with hummingbirds in front of your door and a great view of the volcano. Then you can hike the Park trails (ca.3h) and experience a hidden jungle, waterfall with a lot of fauna. Also there is a cool viewpoint where you can get a photo of the volcano and the jungle.

Maybe I missed the memo but for 3 nights our room was not cleaned even once. I also had to ask for towels twice and pick them up myself from the reception. Just minor things that could be easily fixed, in my opinion. And a suggestion: when guests are having breakfast, i think the dishes can be washed after the guests have finished their breakfast. We are there to enjoy peace, quietness and stillness, and not the juggling of silverware.

I liked the fact that there was so much to do at this property. It is very isolated, which we liked. There is only one other domo in the whole property so that was a huge plus for us. I still recommend the domo further away from the reception for total immersion in the environment. Make sure you check the longer trail on the property and the waterfall along the way. You can take a dip in the waterfall as well. That trail was my favorite part of my trip to CR!

There are alot of nice trails to hike however someone who is not confident in hiking in the jungle may feel a tad lost due to the lake's efficient signage. It is almost impossible to get lost but it would make it reassuring for those who lack experience.

The location makes for a peaceful natural experience where the only noises you get are from the animals and nature itself. But you do get the experience of waking up in the jungle in the Peace Dome where we slept with the windows open to hear the monkeys and frogs and insects and birds, etc!
