Quiet, yet close enough to drive to the Volcano and all the attractions. Wonderful room in the Dome Suite with excellent food and bar to enjoy the sound of the jungle. Really great to have walks through the jungle on paths as well

The pool was not entirely clean, neither was the whirlpool (lots of dirt at the jets). We wished for some more selection at the dinner buffet (which was at 25 USD).

We really enjoyed the overall area, with lots of animals around, well-paved walk ways and quiet ambient. Staff was very supporting and friendly. The room was amazingly big and clean. I had a massage - simply the best - Ale knows what she does and it was relaxing and a nice get away.

I think this is the best place we’ve ever stayed. It is absolutely magical. Such a stunning setting, luscious green everywhere. Hammocks outside the rooms to chill out and listen to the sounds of nature. The staff were amazing. We took a night walk and did the farm tour and loved them. Shoutout to Byron, the best bartender ever 🤗 he was the BEST. The food was so fresh and around 70% comes straight from the farm. They literally brought in pales of farm fresh cow’s milk for breakfast, fresh honey, delicious fruits. Everything was so healthy and tasty. The resort is set a little out of the way or La Fortuna town (about 30 mins drive) but that’s maybe one of the best things about it. It is so peaceful, a real sanctuary. We don’t usually return to the same places twice because there’s so much of the world to see! But we might have to go back to La Finca Luna Nueva. What a place 💫

Maybe just that the room was quite simple, therefore it didn’t feel that cozy.

The place is very beautiful, we enjoyed our stay very much. The food was amazing, we definitely recommend to have a dinner here. The staff was very friendly.

it’s a bit far away from La FORTUNA ( 30 min drive), which isn’t necessarily a bad thing but good to be prepared for that, especially if you don’t have a car.

Amazing room, stunning location, really friendly and helpful staff. The trails on the property are really good and the on-site & off-site tours / workshops are fantastic! Food was amazing and all farm to table, we are both vegan and they accommodated us super well! Pool & Jacuzzi were great and really relaxing! Everything including cocktails are reasonably priced. would stay again!

If you miss the breakfast at early hour then you have to eat what is left, and it might be colder than you expect. As a result breakfast is the less likely topic in this facility. Bathroom is a bit outdated and out of tune what the room offers.

Rooms are bigger than they seem, and useful The reserve is bigger than I think, we did a short hike in it and had chance to see little colorful birds and a sloth on top of a tree The staff is helpful. We arrived too late but the guard waited for us and helped to navigate in the dark.

This is a perfect eco lodge in the rainforest. stunning scenery with lots to explore. Food is great, most of which is grown on the farm at the location. La Fotuna is a suitable 30 mins away.

The price is obviously quite expensive, I would have liked if the on site tour options were a bit more accessible price wise!!

The ranch is just beautiful! We stayed in casita 10 which was nice but all of the other rooms has a better view than ours! The environment is incredible, so many plants, trees and animals! The hiking trails are worth exploring and wandering around the farm is just amazing! The bamboo viewing tower is fantastic but fyi it’s locked so you have to ask for the key and you can’t go there for sunset which is a shame! The restaurant, pool and jacuzzi area are lovely to spend time in! The staff were all incredibly friendly, the food was good! It’s a buffet style situation with whatever food is ready (mostly) from the farm! We did the on-site farm tour and I would recommend it 100%, it helps you understand the property more and is just so informative! Eating food along the way was really interesting!!

Breakfast made almost mainly from products of the farm, that is a bonus! That also means that it can seem repetitive. The location in the forrest seeting: a gem to explore on site the local nature. The price of some excursions on site are too expensive for what they are.

The location and the rooms and communal areas where beautiful with a very nice pool. A lovely spot in the jungle and we had a great night walk.

Very nicely located in the middle of the jungle, big and spacious area, the Casita deluxe Bungalows are extremely spacious and charming with AC and a private terrace with hammock. Good food produced on the in site farm, the farm tour and chocolate tour were very nice and interesting. All staff people are very friendly and helped us in all situations, thanks a lot for making the stay at your place such a marvellous experience! We do definitely recommend the place.

Finca Luna Nueva is a magical place set within the luscious rainforest of La Fortuna. You'll take a bumpy road into the resort, but enjoy being disconnected from the outside world. The food is incredible - all farm-to-table, organic, and fresh. I ordered the casado pescado twice as the grilled fish was so moist and flavourful. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and helped us book our offsite activities of ziplining and hot springs. The hammock life got me as well - how lovely is it to end your day with a little swinging?! 10/10 would recommend staying here.

A great hotel to relax. We have noticed both breakfast and dinner and can highly recommend both. The room was clean, large and tastefully furnished. The entire complex invites you to linger and feel good. Unfortunately, we were unable to take advantage of the numerous leisure activities due to our short stay.

The property is in a secluded but most beautiful location. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel for the wonderful experience we had. Great restaurant on the property, terrific service.
