There were rarely staff on reception. I got locked out a couple of times and had to get a guest to let me in. I also let in some guests. Very loud road next to rooms

Our room had two showers. Only one had hot water.

The room was clean and quiet. The beds are in great shape, comfortable. Bradley speaks great english and was very helpful with everything we asked for and needed.

Room was very noisy, you could hear all the sounds from the street. I didn't like the towels. Hand towel wasn't cotton, terrible to touch and not absorbing the moisture. And the big towel was cotton but smelled moldy. Big closet but no hangers. It's not 24hr reception.

Nice room in a beautiful old building. My room and bathroom were very spacious and well equipped. Staff was very nice and shared helpful tips when I asked. Location is good, only couple of minutes from the pedestrian area.

Check in and check out was a bit complicated, with check out staff being a bit rude. Parking is really small.

Unfortunately the Wi-Fi was bad or I guess it’s limited for the use of WhatsApp and Instagram. I could not download my boarding pass and other applications also did not work. In my laptop it was better. And the breakfast is ok but last time I stayed there it was better. Last time I could eat the typical Pinto, this time only a little bit of scrumbled egg, with three small slices bred and some fruits.

The Hotel ist good located, there are supermarkets, restaurants and other stores very close. Also the bus stations are close. You can reach all by walking. The stuff super friendly, welcoming and helpful! :)

People on the balcony were loud and obnoxious all night. They did not care that it was 2 in the morning.

We weren’t pleased when we saw the bathrooms which were shared (fine for the money) but not the cleanest and did not feel so secure. Any guest (male or female) could walk in at any moment. A lot of homelessness immediately outside the hotel which is to keep in mind especially if travelling solo or hoping to go out at night - and I mean there were homeless men lurking staring and coming up to me at 1am asking for some money. Wouldn’t go out at that time again whilst staying there!

Great breakfast for the price - exceeded expectations and good time. Bed was quite comfy for the price and the bedroom was a great side for my friend and I. The guy wt reception was lovely and accomodating.

We paid for a room including breakfast and according to their website we would make it. By arriving they told us the breakfast was later and they where not offering anything. We had to take the Tica bus at 7.00. Hostel is located at a very busy road which starts at 5.30. ok if you have to take an early bus. I think the people who worked there where nice, sadly it seems that there where no quests.

Close to Tica bus. Decent room, bathroom with a hot shower. Bed ok. Perfect stay for going on the Tica bus.

The room was a little small. Once we got our bags in, there wasn't much floor space left! You get what you pay for, and I didn't pay much, so I can't complain. The location wasn't great... there weren't any bars close by and only one restaurant. I didn't feel very safe when we strayed off the main road the hotel is located on. My bed squeaked every time I moved.

The hotel was an older building, which had a lot of charm. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

It was a good few blocks from the centre of the city but fairly close to lots of bus depots!

Perfect place to crash for a few nights. Bus from airport stopped right outside the door
