Excellent staff, very heartfelt and extremely helpful. It was very easy to receive all kinds of help and assistance, made our holiday and trip from La Fortuna to Manuel Antonio safe and easy just as well as our return trip from MA to the airport. Our first room was very small but Donna arranged a large room for us for almost the rest of our stay. Isaac is also fantastic like the rest of the staff. Cleaning ladies awesome. We loved Millenium Manuel Antonio Par and Beach

Really enjoyed the location, very close to the national park. Staff was very helpful. We booked the tours with them and the tour guides were very professional and helped us enjoy our visit to the national park.

Very convenient location next to the park entrance. Donna in reception was super nice and helpful. We could leave the car there while visiting the park and use their facilities to shower before we carried on to our next destination

It was pretty fun down. Broken desk chair and cracked glass in sliding door of our room. It was surrounded by street (I thought proximity to jungle would look different) and very loud. The pool was pretty gross.

That it was very close to the entrance of the park. Also close to public beach which is nice. The room was nice enough and included breakfast at next door restaurant was great.

Because of the location bathroom smells very strong to humidity (nothing baking soda, a fan, air freshener could not solve). Also, with how big the rooms are there is plenty of space for a whole body mirror :p The pool is really nice but could use repainting and cleaning :)

Super close to the beach, restaurants, and shops and right by Manuel Antonio Park. The staff is incredibly nice and go above and beyond to help you. Breakfast is provided in the restaurant next door and it’s really good. Hotel offers parking.

The restaurant that serves the breakfast is one store away. It took a long time for them to serve us, which made us late to something else. It seems like they give priority to paying customers over the free hotel customers, but I could be wrong. I brought ear plugs and a face mask to block out sound and light while sleeping. I am glad I did since the walls were pretty thin and our room had lots of windows.

The location was great! Super close to the national park and the beach was just down the street. The breakfasts were very good. The receptionists were very pleasant and helpful.

I would have appreciated a hairdryer The only thing I found strange was the lack of sockets in the bathroom for shavers, hairdryers etc and no glasses in the room or available when asked for drinks etc despite having a fridge ?

The staff were wonderful. I’m pretty sure we got an upgrade which was really appreciated. The location could not be better for the nature reserve. Breakfast next door was also good. The pool lovely. Good secure parking.

The room itself didn’t look like the pictures advertised. The beds were very uncomfortable and the room was just an older room.

The staff and the hospitality were great! She gave us lots of recommendations, helped coordinate different passes, and attended to anything we needed during our stay.

They gave us an upgrade when we got there. :) Unfortunately the room had an overwhelming urine smell. We said we couldn’t stay it. It was disgusting. They moved us to a family room overlooking the pool. It was as physically nice as the upgraded room, but the room was just fine. It wasn’t really a king bed but to twins pulled together and one of the twins had a spring issue. Beside that the property was nice and the staff super helpful. The pics of the room on booking didn’t match at all to the deluxe upgrade we’d initially got. We’d stay there again.

The property location is only a 6 minute walk to the beach. Also there are a lot of restaurants nearby that you can easily walk to. The hotel used a restaurant next door for its complimentary breakfast. Very good food there.

Ran out of parking spots on property and had to park down the street, no safe in room, and would do construction/loud cleaning late at night.

Very small pool without enough seating, nearby ATM didn't work. But most importantly, when I forgot to pick up they're required $100 cash deposit. I left, they never said anything and then have made it very difficult to get it back, I still have not received it.

Good location close to National Park entrance and restaurants, very good complementary breakfast, pleasant and helpful staff.
