Road Noise was something I wasn’t expecting but given the location it is understandable

Location was great and we had our own private path to the beach. lots of stuff close by and the restaurant and pool area were quaint and refreshing.

The hotel is really no frills. The room is a place to rest, but not big enough to hang out in.

The location was very nice. Though it's a walk down to the beach, it's removed from super busy area which was nice. The property has lots of wildlife which was super nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was kept very clean and the murals on the property added a very nice touch.

The room was too small for the 4 of us. It was also rather basic for the high price. There was no furniture to lay the suitcases.

Beautiful trees decorate the property and you can see monkeys very close. Well located, near to the beach.

We ate at the restaurant on site a couple of times and while the staff were lovely the food was lack luster and bland.

The property is very well kept and nestled into the jungle but still close to beach and activities. The staff was kind and responsive and the room was well suited for our family of three.

It is on a hill and lots of steps to the room. Probably not good for the very elderly or those with physical disabilities. Parking is very tight if you go by car.

Good location close to the beach and an esy walk to the entrance to Manuel Antonio park.

We started with a fine room, but then asked if they had anything else, and we got moved to a room with a stunning balcony! The food was OK, not great.

Location!!! In the jungle, across the street from the beach. And walking distance to everything we wanted. The room was fun and had a balcony. Rooms 5,6,7 are the most private.

It may have been because we visited during a rainy season, but the rooms had a mildew smell, so much so that we even switched rooms once to one that smelled slightly less.

The location is excellent and the place is picturesque and cozy.

Location was great... Walkable distance from Espadilla Beach and Manuel Antonio National Park with supermarkets and eateries close by. Friendly staff. The swimming pool is small but a nice perk to have to splash around while drinking something from the swimming pool bar. Parking is available within the hotel.

A/C unit in kitchen did not work at all and the A/C unit in the living area with two beds did not work very well so the biggest sleeping area was a bit warm.

Location was great and could walk to most places. Bar/Restaurant/Pool were great with friendly staff. We had a large Suite with full kitchen and lots of space.

They have several different wifi networks and when we first arrived none of them wanted to properly connect to our devices. By the time we left there were no problems with using the internet. Additionally, the servings at the restaurant were quite large and honestly not the best food we had in the country, but nonetheless decent.

This hotel is the best a nature lover can find in the Manuel Antonio area. Two species of monkeys on the property every day, a short walk to the beach, and still walking distance from the national park! The location itself was amazing and the staff were very friendly as well! It may be close to the main road but it doesn't feel like it at all. The tropical wall paintings in the rooms and exterior are such a fun detail!

Value. The pool looks a lot bigger in the pictures than in reality. Breakfast was by far the most expensive we had in Costa Rica. Basic pricing in the bar/restaurant is already above average, then they add service (which we've seen sometimes) and tax (which we've only seen here). Also, they don't have coffee included, you have to pay for every cup, which feels like a rip off as it's unusual in the country. That led to pricing being at least about 30-40 percent higher than anywhere else on our trip in Costa Rica for food and drinks, and that's no fun. There are a couple of much better priced places nearby (we ended up having breakfast at El Avion the other mornings, with a view and normal pricing) but I'd recommend a car. Lastly, the rooms smelled moldy, but that probably can't be helped given the layout and the weather.

Great location, National Park within walking distance and beaches around too. Spacious, clean room with laid-back jungle vibe, friendly staff and great cocktails.

WiFi is a bit spotty. Our room faced the restaurant area, which at 7am puts some "relaxing music" in an endless loop, which can be pretty annoying. Maybe they could have some quiet time instead. Their breakfast is okay ish, but slow to be served since they have only one person in the kitchen. Maybe plan to go elsewhere. Cocktails and smoothies are great though.

The location is amazing. Located literally next to the Manual Antonio National Park, it sits next to huge trees where monkeys use daily to go for their errands. We saw monkeys simply sitting outside our room, they were closer than the ones we saw in the actual park. Just remember to not leave any food unattended, the cappuccino monkeys have no fear to grab it and then remember your room number for follow up visits. I absolutely loved when a baby monkey sitting on its mom's back both jumped on the roof and looked towards us.

This was a turisty location, we choose it because of the access to the beach and to the park was a 10 minute walk. The hotel is on the main road, but was not noise at night besides the howling monkeys in the morning :) The hotel is clean, have a small pool, restaurant on site, and the bus stop was right front of it. We had easy access to the small town and what else would you need on vacation? Monkeys all around, Toucans, and gorgeous plants.

That breakfast was not included as it isn't really near many cafés.

Super close to the beach. Good restaurant. The rooms are dark, but big enough. The place is well kept and has a nice hostel vibe. The beds are huge and surprisingly comfortable. We had a family room. Cute pool that is always welcome when traveling with kids.
