Great location, friendly staff and good value for money. And coffee ready 24/7 is a huge plus if you wake up too early and jet-lagged. Had a good interaction with Kenny @ the front desk. They do their best to make you feel at home.

There are 3 floors, only access by stair. Stuff does not help with luggage. Very Very difficult the 3 floors by stair

I paid for breakfast. I got microwaved pancakes, one of them was brick hard and the other two dry like powder. I couldn't eat it and complained. I was offered to order something else, so I ordered toast. It was a safe bet. I got three slices of sandwich bread, butter and a jam - poorly presented. For the bread I paid 10 USD and I also had to pay 5 USD for the breakfast that was not eatable. How is it my responsibility that the pancakes were bone dry and brick hard? I'm a frequent traveler, been for years and this hotel has been one of my favorites since my first stay there in 2009, and I would love to see some breakfast improvement before my return!

The mini bar was a pleasant surprise after a long journey. The room, bed, shower and everything, apart from the breakfast was excellent.

breakfast was awful and so expensive. the location was in the middle of nowhere but there was a McDonald’s close by if you like that kind of thing. they could’ve provided you with bottle of water in the room instead of $2.50 a bottle. very noisy at night and the lock on door didn’t feel very secure. the room spelt of chlorine.

felt clean and staff were helpful. room was a good size and pool was nice. had a station to charge your phone and provided you with free coffee.

we had noise the whole night from the engines of the hotel ACs, it was like an airplane is near us, it was horrible

The breakfast service was very slow and I saw several other guests upset as well. Seemed under staffed. And the cooks/ servers seemed to have no sense of urgency to get the food to people.

I would like to congratulate the maids and gardners. place was immaculate.

bed was uncomfortable.. soft but saggy in the middle. needs changed. Lighting in the rooms is to bright.. needs to be a bit softer. no room decor, hot water was.. well not hot.

The property was fine and well kept and the rooms were clean and the beds are super comfy. But I have other choices in the same price range that make me feel much much more welcome.. hope this helps someone

The maid and the cook were smiling and attentive. However Ivan (owner)has to know that the reception staff made me feel that I was bothering them as they read me the rules and I was escorted to my room where every item was accounted for kinda felt like I was going to prison. Next morning As there are no coffees machines in the rooms I proceeded to the office and asked for cream (crema) and was told that it was the yellow Splenda packets. I said that was a sugar substitute and would like some cream with my coffee and she pointed to the dining room. So I took my coffee and asked the cook and with a big smile found some cream and even poured it for me. What a contrast! Not sure I will return as it was a totally cold vibe from the people who represent your nice hotel.

Since it is advertized as Pet friendly, it is nice to have a space where you can take your pet for a quick walk or so that they can go to the bathroom instead of having to the main street. They have a yard but you need to go to the main street, outside the hotel.
