Amazing location! Parking available right behind the entrance of the national park, a real luxury. Very accommodating staff and spacious rooms. Good water pressure in the shower.

The location was perfect, exactly as described: by the beach and really close to Manuel Antonio national park. The restaurant was good. The lent beach towels.

The rooms are outdated, the decor needs upgrading. Towels are threadbare. But nothing terrible and it was very clean!

The gardens are beautiful, fantastic setting. Across the road from the beach and 2 min walk to the park entrance, fantastic location. Parking was great. Good shower, spacious room. Very clean.

- please arrange a breakfast deal with the neighbouring restaurant: now it's not included, very extensive and not really special in any way. A breakfast package deal would be a gamechanger! -Room windows did not close due to bad installation (could be solved within an hour with the right technical service). Airco did it's job regardless

Location is superb, with the car park , beach just 50m away. Short walk to Manuel Antonio National Park. For those who have not much time there. Perfect. For longer stay- not so much.

Not that I could think of!

First of all the location was CONVENIENT - very near and walking distance to the MANUEL ANTONIO NATIONAL PARK, and near the beach of PLAYA ESPADILLA and just right infront of the bus stop if you ride TRACOPA public bus transportation . Very easy to get back to San Jose =) They served really nice and affordable breakfast , Coffee was great! I had Gallo pinto, traditional, local Costa Rican breakfast. Yummy. Lots of plants around the faciltiy and birds flying around. The room was huge! Has a safety lock as well so if you want to go swimming and not worry your money/passport. They let me store my luggage because I had a tour at the national park. Friendly staff!

The hotel is located on the beach and very close to the entrance of the park Manuel Antonio. Nice the option to have beach towel included. Good wifi. Parking for free included. There is air conditioning. The restaurant close by has good food.

It is quite expensive for what you get. The hotel is old-style and when we arrived the remote control of our AC was missing. We got it the next day.

The rooms were clean. The location is amazing, right next to an amazing beach which is perfect for swimming. The entrance of the park is only 5 minutes away (walking). You are surrounded by lots of wildlife. We saw monkeys and a crocodile near the hotel in a river bed.

Breakfast onsite was really nice and friendly staff! Rooms were spacious and nice bathroom Right next to the national park and the hotel organised the trip there with someone who met us and took us to the office before the tour. Right opposite the beach and lots of good restaurants nearby

First impression was really bad, the room was smelling humidity and looked ruined down. The receptionist change us room and provided us an air purifier; the room, with that machine + air conditioning was finally good. Reception closes at 21.30.

Location is really convenient for visiting the park/surfing/beach. Amazing sunset from the balcony ;) The hotel is really basic: no coffee machine, no hairdryer, towels are sun dried rough and worn but clean. Our room was clean too. We did not have high expectations...let's say it does the job, but it's really expensive for what it is.

The rooms are quite basic, no mini fridge or tea/coffee facilities and some things really need fixing (Our curtains for example had tears. It doesn't stop us using them but overall could have been repaired or replaced). We didn't mind really as the beach for us was the draw here and all was clean.

The property has a fabulous location, we were out in the waves at 6am. The National Park entrance is at the back of the hotel, through a lane, so really convenient. The room and hotel were super clean and tidy. Staff are really kind and helpful in every way.

I felt as though the hotel was lacking in amenities, considering the price. I expected at least breakfast to be included but it was a separate cost at the adjoining restaurant. In terms of amenities I would consider the hotel "bare bones". they do provide ice, beach towels and TVs in the room but that was pretty much it.

I really liked the location of the hotel and its proximity to the beach, the national park and the bus stop. The room was decent and the beds comfortable. I was very satisfied with the room and the property. I chose this hotel to be able to be a stones throw away from the beach. The location was great as well because there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. the staff was warm and helpful enough but did not really go overboard in terms of service, which i think is fine. Overall i had a great stay here an it was very relaxing. The A/C worked amazingly because in the middle of the day it was uncomfortably hot.

You are definitely paying for the location. It's almost on the beach, and just minutes from the entrance to the national park. So if that's what you are after, I would definitely recommend. Otherwise, the room is very basic and rather tired. You can pick up a bag of ice from reception.
