The neighborhood was bad, and there was a group of Ticos gathered with their tuning cars listening to atrocious music incredibly loud. Other than that, the Hotel is fine.

Good location from airport. Local to most places and down town. Good receptionist that help you with where to go and directions. Close to bus stations.

We selected a room without aircon and only a fan but rooms are quite small with no windows so would select aircon next time

There was a slight smell in the bathroom that was coming from the pipes, and the air conditioner made a weird noise that woke us up in the middle of the night

The staff were so kind, they kept our bags safe even after our check out.

For us it was a transit hotel, we didn't expect anything special nor did we get one. Unfortunately the room was on the ground floor, adjacent to a smoking balcony or something similar, there was noise all night, people drinking and talking loudly as if they were right inside the room.

The area isn't great so we just ordered food to be delivered. Very close to the bus station though which was handy

Very well lit and warm friendly welcome. Staff was kind and accommodating. My check out was too early for the free breakfast so the gave me fruit the night before so I'd have it the next day.

Location is bad, a loud and rough part of town Loud banging throughout hotel from 7am Angle grinding at 8am "Hotel Restaurant" is just a soda next door Much nicer options available for the same price in San Jose Well done to the marketing team, photos look way nicer than real life.

The room is much smaller than it appears in the photo. The bathroom is different in reality than in the photo when I booked (the staff told me that it's a mistake in the presentation). The bedsheets were probably old, reason why they were stainy (I'd like to think they've been washed before my stay). The room was noisy due to poor window isolation.

The location is okay, 10 minutes drive from downtown. The lady at reception was super helpful, flexible and kind with the check in process. The breakfast included was okayish, they offer you options to choose from at least. It's nice that they have a fridge in the room.

Be aware were you are walking on the night, as the surrondings area are filled with homeless and junkie people, depending which direction are you walking.

Nice newly furnished hotel in shady neighbourhood. Safe place to stay with cameras and 24h receptionist at the counter. Relatively close distance to walk from main bus station. Unfortunately our ordered transport didnt arrive to the hotel and we need to arrange some public transport loosing another day for commuting. There is a restaurant at the hotel serving some breakfast in the morning. Very helpfull stuff.

I thought I had booked a ground floor room and was put on the 3rd floor. There was no elevator and I had a very heavy suitcase. I was helped up with it but had to bring it down on my own which was very difficult. The bathroom was extremely small.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

Tiny room, extremely small shower room, can bearly walk between the wc and the shower. No external window, just a tiny opening on top and if you leave it open you hear every single one walking in the hotel, stairs, reception and so on… Sheets and towels are yellow rather than White. Probably could be changed if they are as old as the hotel building.

Ok to spend one night just for sleep The staff at my arrival was busy sending sms and had to reminder her i need to sleep after a long travel journey. However the staff next day in the morning were charming, helpful and welcoming.
