A little out of the town (only 10/15 mins walk). It would be great to have a toaster & sponge available in the kitchen.

Really friendly staff, safe/secure parking on-site, comfortable and well decorated bedrooms. A/C worked really well, and there was a washing machine in the apartment (or laundry service for $10).

It was a really nice place to stay. Really clean. Close to stores, restaurant and town center. Modern & private.

You are not allowed to smoke on the property. You have to get outside on the street. If its rains, there is no rain cover. There is even no place to sit down at the street. Maybe a place so sit down at the street would be really nice.

Really professional owners. Clean rooms. Good WiFi. Shower Was hot. Big room. Washing machine inside the apartment. Just need to buy soap by your own. A lot of parking space right in front of the rooms. Save area

- I am not sure why but they dont have something to hang clothes. This a 20 - 40 follar solution... - after using the washmaschine i didnt have a place to hang my clothes. - the bed was okay but needs a update. - but all these are suggestions i think not having a place to hang my clothes was only issue.

Everything was clean and confirtable, i had hot water all the time and it was working with pressure system so all good. I had the a room upstairs so i had a nice view to a beautiful garden. I recommend this place and probably would come back. I had a car but if you are on foot, i think the area is safe, there is even a small police station on the way to town. La Fortua is like amusement park for outdoor anyway I recommend this place for families as well. It was really quite..

the only caveat is that it is about a 15-20minute walk from town center, which may be inconvenient if you want to go often and don’t have your own transportation. Uber is not reliable in La Fortuna, but you can taxi easily.

clean, safe, comfortable, and great AC. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and appliances. The accommodation was also affiliated with the Wellness Gardens near Lake Arenal, so we got to visit there for free and we really enjoyed it. There is also a great local supermarket right down the street which was really convenient.

I wasn't sure when we arrived as it was in the community not right in town. Which is good, I prefer not to be in town but at first not sure about safety HOWEVER.... the area was GREAT, we ended up staying longer. We were two woman traveling so safety is a concern but felt completely safe there.

Alot of attention to detail for what was needed and extras. Loved having a washing machine and line outdoors to hang your clothes. But there was also many other extras that were great!!

It's quite a walk from the main part of town. The bed was a little uncomfortable. If you're a remote worker like me, there's no comfortable place to work.

Great little apartment. There is a good amount of kitchen supplies, including a crock pot, microwave, fridge, single stove top, and coffee maker. If you get a second floor apartment, you overlook someone else's yard and you can watch the birds. Host was friendly and answered questions quickly!

Good facilities (smoothie maker etc) apart from, strangely, no kettle. Living quarters slightly cramped and no clothes rails or storage in bedrooms

Excellent stay!! Cannot recommend this property enough! Only a short walk to the town, there is supermarket just around the corner which was very handy. very comfortable and clean, good parking, there is also a washing machine! this place really made our trip so comfortable! the hosts were so kind and very accommodating! very quick to reply and they also own the wellness park which is beautiful and we had a fantastic night tour!

It really exceed my expectations, even though is not very close to the downtown, apartments are super clean and confortable. Very decent overall. The people was super friendly and there´s even the posibility to visit a reserve.

We needed to leave early in the morning. Told the owner, but in the morning no one came to take the keys and didn't answer on the phone. In the end we texted him oN booking and hide the keys but it was wired and not professional.
