Hidden gem of a hotel,away from the hustle and bustle but near enough for walking to bars and restaurants. Staff were excellent especially Angelo who served breakfast with a smile every morning.The rooms were spotless and the reception staff were very helpful when they chased up our tour guide for us when they were late

The location is ok if you have a car. If not, the walking distance from the hotel to the nearest beach is relatively long (20-30 mins depending on the beach). The rooms that are on the ground floor were not connected with an elevator, so we had to carry our heavy luggage up and down using the stairs. Rooms were smaller compared to the photos (we had booked for 4x people in order to have space still very small to fit 2 people with 3 suitcases). Other than that no complaints whatsoever.

Very clean, nice environment, lovely pool to relax after a long day. Very good breakfast (four options only), excellent staff, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. They helped us find excursions and they even arranged them on our behalf upon our request.

We were promiseed one large bed,and got 2 small ones instead Reception wasn't able to provide us with any suggestions for good places to eat, and most of the front desk staff can't speak English...

Relatively a great location and the hotel is really nice. Breakfast is okay but not more than okay. The shower was great!

I liked everything from start to finish, the treatment to my mother and me was exceptional. The staff is super attentive, they are very polite, they solve any problem quickly. I was able to meet Angelo who was the one who served me at breakfast, he is a charismatic person, very accessible, quick to attend and very attentive. Another person I got to know better was a girl whose name I don't remember, but I can easily identify her because she has very nice tattoos on her arms and she works in the restaurant. She was very attentive to us and was super special with my mom since I was celebrating her birthday. And finally the facilities are luxurious, very nice and modern. The bathroom amazing and very clean, the pool nice and quite clean, a lot of beautiful plants around. In short, the whole facility was perfect.

This hotel is boutique style and amazing. The staff is super nice. The free breakfast is yummy and fresh. The pool is amazing. The rooms are spacious. The bathrooms are modern. Super close to Manuel Antonio National Park. The restaurants close by are also amazing. Loved it!

Although the hotel and grounds were quiet, the rooms are not soundproof well to outside sounds and voices. If you’re a light sleeper, bring your ear plugs-I read this on a previous review and they worked well. The birds are loud at sunrise and voices and sounds very easily carry through the windows and doors.

The hotel is quaint and close to Manuel Antonio National Park as well as beaches, shops, restaurants, marina, and bus. It has a lovely pool surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. There’s an open air restaurant/bar and breakfast space. Our food and drinks (they have 2 for 1 happy hour every day) were delicious. The room has plenty of room and the bathroom was a great size. Our beds were so comfortable. Finally, the staff was AMAZING and so friendly. They will help you with anything. We will definitely be back!

There is an opportunity to improve the quality of the towels in the bathroom.

The facilities of the property are in excellent conditions, the staff is friendly, parking lot available and if there is not a space for you the staff arranges for a new space. The facilities were good, nice breakfast and excellent communication

We were on the bottom floor and it was kind of like being in the basement. Only one window and it looked out at the stairway that led up to ground level. I was not aware on booking that we would be underground. Sometimes the shower smelled like the sewer.

Comfortable beds, new hotel, nice shower head, amazing breakfast. Very kind and helpful staff. Walking distance to grocery store and some restaurants.

The only negative thing I could possibly say is that the beds are a bit small but they are still fitable for 2 and very comfortable

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, we even had dinner their twice because the food and service was so great! Everything is very clean and the pool area is very nice! I want to highlight Emi's homemade chiliguaro, we loved it!

We only stayed for one night but if we had been there longer, it would have been nice to have a fresh water dispenser on site rather than having to buy bottled water from the bar.

Customer service was exceptional, especially the lady serving at the bar and Angelo, the breakfast manager. We only stayed for one night so did not use the pool but the hotel had a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and the room had everything we needed. Toucans visit a tree by the pool every day!

The friendliness of the staff couldn't do enough for you especially Angelos at breakfast made you feel special,treated everyone the same.He went out of his way to get is ice water for the days out as it was hot outside such a special guy!

There were plenty of restaurants located around 10-15 minutes away, but the walk wasn't very nice in the dark as there was no pavement most of the way.

Our stay here was very brief but we were really impressed by the staff, who were so helpful, kind and welcoming - particularly our breakfast server. The hotel arranged a taxi for us to visit Manuel Antonio park, and we were able to take the public bus back, which was easy and affordable. We made use of the lovely pool area in the afternoon, which was a real haven in the heat. The room was spotless and well-equipped, with a/c and useful extras such as drying lines for clothes.

The happy hour could have been better with more choice

Small and friendly. Beds super comfortable, linen lovely, showers large and hot. The staff, especially Angelo, were very friendly and location was ideal for walking between 3 & 15 minutes to quite a few very nice restaurants, some with great sea views. The pool area and gardens all very nice, clean and well kept.

There is not one complaint.

Everything was perfect. Great location. Many restaurants are near by. Manuel Antonio National Park $5 Uber ride away…about 6-7 minute drive. Everything was clean. Smelled good. Great upkeep. Great food at the restaurant inside. Beautiful. The Netflix was great! Didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean. Receptionists were both very accommodating and friendly. Great customer service.

Gets really hot especially in the bathroom maybe because we were on the top floor and all electricity (including AC) turns off when you leave the room.

The room was newly furnished and clean. The bathroom was really nice. The lobby and restaurant are comfortable. There is free parking in front of the hotel and it takes 5-10 minutes to get to the national park entrance along paved roads.

Breakfast was not as good as we expected. Happy hour specials were kinda of weird... Like double shoot for the same price as one regular beverage, It's the first time I've seen something like that.

We got a room upgrade for free. Our waiter's attention during our stay was exceptional, he understood what this business is all about! We also had a late checkout upon request, which is always very welcome.

We used this hotel as a launching point for the Manuel Antonio tour and a night kayak tour in dalmas island. Staff overall were fantastic; greeted us with fresh drinks; rushed our dinner order and packed to go when we were running late; pool was fantastic. walking distance to shops and local restaurants.

A small and cozy boutique hotel. The room as well the bathroom are nice, clean and specious. The location is perfect and in walking distance from a variety of good international and local restaurants and nightlife of Manuel Antonio. The Manuel Antonio National Park is within 10 minutes driving from the hotel. The staff is very helpfull and nice to the guests. There is a bar and pool for relaxation. The breakfast is delicious. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
