We loved it all!

The views, and the super helpful and attentive owners. They did airport transfers for us, even very early in the morning. They helped us order in some food as we didn’t have time to go out to eat. Nothing was too much trouble for them, such a lovely helpful family.

Mathieu and his wife were very nice and very helpfull. Mathieu picked us up from the AirPort and in the morning they helped us findiing a car. The room is very nice with a large balcony. In the morning breakfast was served at our room sothat we could have breakfast at our own balcony. And very good beds also!

The location is great for convenience to the airport, but it's not walkable to anything. So if you're arriving late, be prepared to Uber Eats (or similar) if you're hungry! Also the room was warm (no AC), but it cooled off well pretty quickly.

This was a perfect place to spend our first night after landing in Costa Rica. The airport pickup was easy, and we found the room very comfortable (though a bit warm!) and convenient. Breakfast on the patio was simple but delicious. Overall definitely recommend!

Quiet location close to the airport. Slept like a log in comfortable beds. Shower was very good - shower gel and shampoo provided. Ample and delicious breakfast was provided in the room - coffee, toast, croissant, jam and butter, and fruit. Beautiful grounds.

Nothing - it was really great for us!

This was the perfect place to stay on our first night in Costa Rica. We were looking for a place with transportation from the airport, and Mathieu was very easy to coordinate with for this. The room was spacious and nicely appointed, we loved sleeping with the fresh air and waking up to the sounds of the birds and insects. We also loved relaxing on the private porch in the morning, and even saw a toucan fly by just as we were sitting down to eat! Breakfast was great as well, we are a family of 4 and everyone was happy. Would love to stay here again!

We had to pay a taxi to drive us from the airport to the hotel, and we were expecting this would be included in the price. Then, the owner drove us from the hotel to our car rental agency, and he asked us for gas money. At least one of the trips should have been included in the hotel price.

Breakfast was fine: fruit and toast, if I remember correctly. The coffee here, and in general in CR, is NOT good: very watery and bitter. The grounds are very pretty.

Matthieu and his wife were excellent hosts. Matthieu provides free airport pick up and drop off and even dropped my travel companion at a restaurant for lunch after her early flight. The room was comfortable and clean with cold beer in the fridge. Breakfast was delicious. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. A true winner.

After a long day of travel, this was the perfect first stop on our trip to Costa Rica. Very welcoming. Amazing views. On arrival we sat on the patio and our surroundings quickly shifted us into vacation mode. They gave us great dinner recommendations, and we loved having coffee, fresh fruit and toast/croissants delivered to our room in the morning. It was nice to walk around their beautiful property, as well.

Nothing, we had a great stay.

Mathieu was an excellent communicator from the time we booked our stay. He helped us with rental car questions, and even went above and beyond to pick us up at the airport with a late flight and get to our car the next day. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and we slept with the screen door so we could hear the sounds of the jungle outside. The balcony is beautiful, and you can walk on the grounds down to the river. It was our intro to the Costa Rican flora. :) Breakfast was delicious and delivered to our door. Water was hot and the bathroom was clean. A great experience at this wonderful family run hotel!

Beautiful place for our one-night-stay between flights. It is a little further away from the airport but this makes it quiet and relaxing. The owner is very nice and prepared a breakfast for us to have on the rooms own spacious balcony with a view into the green. We can only recommend this hotel!
