If you're looking for a safe, clean, modern place equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and Netflix-capable TVs conveniently located just 5 minutes of walking away from downtown La Fortuna, this place is for you! It was my second time staying here this year, and the hosts Patricia and Cesar exceeded my expectations once again. They're the perfect balance between allowing you your own space and providing you with helpful tips and spots for activities. Ask about their discounted pricing for activities and tours around the area! The hot springs are located a bit outside of the city, but easily reached with a car or a $2-3 Uber ride from RyA del Volcan. Any tours operating in La Fortuna that offer hotel pick-up & drop-offs will be able to pick you up and drop you off here as long as you provide the drivers with your address.

The lighting in the bathroom was poor, no AC in the living area, and there was a large amount of tiny spiders and ants on the dinning table, some pest control might be in order. The neighbors were pretty noisy, singing all night.

Nice little appartment with confy bed and equiped kitchen, located 5-10min walk from the main square. Air conditioning in the room as well as large windows. Private parking.

We loved everything. From the beginning, Patricia reached out to us, giving us the exact location of the apartments, she was punctually waiting for us there to hand out the keys and show us the apartment. They are spotless clean, the AC works perfectly, the kitchen is well equiped. The location is great, no so close to the main square but close enough to walk. Closed private parking is available. We came here after some loudly nights at a hostel in Puerto Viejo so this kind of quiet was all we needed. Thank you very much Patricia! We wish every apartment were like that one

Patricia and her husband are super hosts, they helped us in everything, gave restaurant and shop recommendations.. The apartman is great, meets all of our expectations, good equipped kitchen, clean rooms, comfy bed. Recommended!! :) I also recommend the nearby restaurant Travesía, really good! :)

I stayed in the upstairs apartment #4 for three nights and was very happy there. The place was excellent value for money: exceptionally clean, modern, nicely decorated, very well equipped, secure and super comfortable. Very close to town centre and services, but away from all noise. Check in was warm, friendly and informative. Wifi was very fast and reliable. Highly recommended!

It was very good option! we rented an apartment and bought a daily visit to the hot springs! I think this is the most reasonable solution. Very beautiful, comfortable and clean apartment. it's better than I expected. They had everything you need, dishes, coffee, dish soap, kitchen towels, absolutely everything! It was with love, the owner really cares that you feel comfortable. I will definitely come back and recommend this apartment.

There are no safety deposit boxes in the apartment. It felt safe otherwise and did not bother us too much but this would be a nice addition.

Great location right in town but on quiet area. Patricia the host was friendly and it was easy to arrange to pick up keys. Apartment is really comfortable and has everything you need. Good value for money. We were really happy and would definitely stay again.

super spacious, comfortable apartment with kitchen. clean with amenities and even coffee so I could brew my own in the mornings. the location is awesome away front main road so peaceful and safe but very close to center the staff was very responsive and provided with great info about restaurants, bakery and tour/transfers.

Good price. Incredibly clean and modern, full kitchen and fridge 👌. Beds comfy, good AC, good shower, wonderful location on the edge of the busy town noise bust close enough to walk anywhere in LF. Next door is a very good resteraunt. Hosts had great communication and many tips.

I don’t know if it was the previous person who was staying there who was cooking a lot but there was a very strong onion smell that we couldn’t get rid of. Very minor inconvenience that a bit of air freshener fixed.
