Brilliant space, everything you needed in the kitchen so could self cater. Location was brilliant, easy to access La Fortuna just a short walk away. Lots of cafes etc nearby. The host was super helpful especially when my husband was unwell and supported us in finding/ communicating with the local medical centre.

Nothing - it was perfect

This place was perfect. Great, quiet location about a block or two from the town. The apartment was spacious, well decorated, and had everything we needed. The host Patricia was wonderful and arranged transportation from San Jose for us and also gave us great restaurant recommendations. The place is also very, very clean - the cleaner is excellent. Best vacation rental I have had in a while.

It was difficult to find, the apartment name/address was pretty hard to see on the outside of the building. We even asked for directions from several people and they all sent us on a wild goose chase. We arrived later than we had planned, but staff were there waiting for us and greeted us very warmly.

Very helpful and friendly owners, great location, and very comfortable beds and pillows. Close to the volcano and downtown park/shopping. The warm shower, air conditioning, free coffee, and clean apartment was truly appreciated! The warm blankets were also nice to have at night. Also, you can see the volcano from the outside patio- so wonderful!

First I was looking for an accommodation with volcano view but those were booked out and the volcano was in clouds anyways. If you are looking for an apartment in La Fortuna - we highly recommend staying here.

We booked two connected apartments for the 3 adults of us and were more than satisfied with the size, design, the comfort (bed, kitchen, living room and bathroom). The hosts were very helpful in any ways and always replied instantly. The kitchen had coffee, some spices and oil and vinegar. Everything else was available in more than sufficient quality and quantity. The apartments were spotless clean and - as already mentioned very well designed. The Apartamentos Equipados RvA are very well situated, good restaurants for dinner and breakfast, supermarkets and the center are in short walking distance. The car is parked in a safe area behind the house. We highly recommend La Familia Feliz, a restaurant with food from Peru. Go there, make a reservation or be lucky with a walk in experience.

The location was ideal, on a quiet street that was still central to everything to do in La Fortuna. The spacious one bedroom unit was very clean, with a modern updated appearance. The mini-split air conditioner was quiet and kept the room nice and cool when needed. Had a well stocked kitchen which we used daily to prepare our hot breakfast. Wifi worked great. Supermarket, fruit store, bakery and a large variety restaurants were within easy walking distance. Owner was on site and very helpful. Completely exceeded our expectations.

Loved absolutely everything, but if I can note a small thing that would be a mirror in the hallway/by the entrance so I wouldn't have to go to the bathroom every time I need to look at myself, but it's such a minor thing honestly.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The hosts, Cesar and Patricia have both been very helpful and answered any questions we had, they also gave very good recommendations regarding things to do/see/eat in and around La Fortuna area. The apartment is fresh, bright, spacious and has literally anything you need and more. Bed is so comfortable I've had the best sleep in weeks. It's very safe: there's a gated parking spot in case you come by car and the entrance to the apartment itself has a gate in front of it. Absolutely enjoyed the area too: it is less than 5 minutes away from the main streets and is very quiet and calm. I can 10000% recommend this place, wish we could stay longer. The value for the price you pay is so good and I'd say you get even more than what you pay for, which doesn't happen often nowadays.

Really nice and super clean apartment with everything you need. We didn't meet the host, but online communication was super easy. The location of apartment is in the center of La Fortuna, close to fine restaurants and grocery stores. Parking was save. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great! Patricia and Cesar - the owners, were welcoming and very helpful. The place is very clean which is always nice to come back to. The apartments are near to restaurants, convenience stores, breakfast places and it’s an easy 5min walk into town. And as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe.

Perfect location to explore the area and do day trips. Patricia, the owner, was very fast to respond and helped us to organize the day tour to Caño Negro and the evening visit to Ecotermales. Apartment was very clean and had a secured parking for the car.
