Cabinas 8 and 9 were really nice, with balconies and beautiful views. The gardens are very nice, the happy hour and bar with music were fun, and the family-run staff were gracious and spoke good English. The price was a great value too.

Only thing I can think of, was that we would like a little more storage options inside the room. But there were enough options in the bathroom, so nothing bad at all!

Great place, very nice cabins. We saw a tucan, parrot and one of the Costa Rican 'turkeys' right from our balcony. Friendly, helpful staff. Great places to eat nearby. A little bit out of town, but safe enough to drive to at night.

We loved our spacious, clean and comfortable room with a large terrace looking at a beautiful garden populated with hummingbirds. The grounds are large, beautiful, and peaceful with a walking trail to a river. The staff were helpful in every way: they answered all our questions and booked the excursions we wanted at the best price.

The breakfast could have been better. The server/reception guy also playing a very loud podcast from his phone while music was also playing didn’t help. Sorry to be grumpy but you pay rates like this to relax. The staff need to be more aware.

The cabins are outstanding with a balcony looking into jungle. Modern, clean with all possible facilities provided. Easily the best I have encountered in Costa Rica. There’s a first class restaurant next door.

Our only mild complaint was no good options for food other than breakfast. Having snacks on hand would be nice as we didn't always feel comfortable trying to locate restaurants or markets. That being said, the Chante Verde restaurant down the road was wonderful!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The room was large and beautiful, the view was AMAZING, staff (especially Isaac!) were so kind and helpful, and the list goes on! Breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for us! Highly recommend!

Bed was very creaky, bathroom a bit tired and shabby and a kettle would have been nice to make a cup of tea.

Nada. Everything was perfect.

One of the nicest, friendliest, most peaceful and most comfortable hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left, we felt so welcome and completely relaxed. The cabins are so clean and well-equipped, and the view from the porch is beautiful! We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which is way better than in the nearby restaurants. The service was impeccable. The staff deserves nothing but the highest praise.

Located a bit out of town so you need to travel a bit, but in return it offers much more calm and tranquility. There was a problem with hot water but appart from that it was really OK.

It’s a small cottage with small terrace on the outskirts and thus creating more rustic type of experience. The room is sizeable for a couple and so is bathroom. I appreciate a lot the staff which was helpful. Finally, the breafast was really tasty. Proximity of La Fortuna waterfall is also an asset.

Romantic setting connected to nature. Cabin set within tropical gardens with horse grazing outside. We were the first to use a fantastic brand new jacuzzi, which we spent some great evenings in. Tatiana was very helpful and the hotel feels safe, private and friendly. We also arrived very late and couldn’t contact the hotel but a friendly security man (Haido?) led us to our room.

Beautiful room with private deck and hammock that we loved relaxing in after the morning taxi-boat-taxi trip from Monterverde. The staff was so nice and helpful! We were just in La Fortuna for one night but wished we could have stayed here another night.

It was a beautiful property with an amazing little river trail. Our cabin was very nice and had everything we needed. The staff was exceptional-- made us feel very welcome. Would absolutely stay here again!

Location to waterfall and La Fortuna is super convenient. Family run and they were very sweet and helpful. The grounds are lush and full of life, and many types of birds. Trail to river on the property was nice too..

Wifi was spotty at times but only because they were recently getting it repaired. Worked when we needed it.

Beautiful location. Lovely cabana with a front and back porch. Big bathroom that has a ton of shelves for luggage and toiletries. Super nice staff. Nice light canceling curtains that allowed us to sleep past 6 am.

The TV didn't work well, but if you go to Costa Rica to watch TV then you're wasting your money. Because of the poor lighting in the bathroom I missed a few spots shaving. Not the end of the world.

I loved having my own little cabin surrounded by beautiful plants. The breakfast was better and cheaper than the same breakfast I got in town the next day. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Alonzo took 15 min showing me a good route to go running on a dirty road in the morning. I tried to keep my trip cheap and this place exceeded my expectations.

A beautiful and spacious cabin in the middle of a big and beautiful property where we can take a walk to the river. Very good location with a wonderful restaurant and supermarket very close. The staff were very nice and helpful.
